Software and Business Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
G2 has really stepped up the game when it comes to business and software solutions for your business. The upside of the platform is that it offers solutions for all business industries and a majority of software that is used to enhance workflow. I like the use of real-life user experiences to build up catalogue os reviews that allow users to make wise decisions. I also like the objectivity as the reviews focus on the pros and cons that allow users to make the final decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 offers great value for free that would alternatively subject companies to spend a lot of resources. I do not see anything to dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use G2 to monitor some of the trending software in the field of marketing and what they enable other users to achieve. The main benefit that I have realized while using the platform is the wide range of reviews from users across the globe which makes it objective and accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
G2 is a great platform that is capable of changing your business decision on software and technology to use. I highly recommend the platform since it sources and validates data from the ground which ensures that it is not misleading.
Great onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
As new to G2, I found the established on boarding process to be superb (and something our business can learn from), The key touch points are sequenced to match our experience and progression through the product and I found that every time we had a series of questions (after doing some of the work), the next G2 meeting was around the corner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...we are early in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to both provide validation for our prospective customers as well as gain new awareness and leads via the G2 platform. We have already seen results in the first category (people we speak with are turning to G2) and hopeful for the latter.
Perfect and unbiased partner
What do you like best about the product?
Our partnership with G2 helps us to showcase the experience our clients have with iDeals. This way more potential clients can feel confident when choosing iDeals as their VDR provider. We've already seen a spike of interest toward iDeals page and we now have more reviews coming in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The platform is more or less straightforward and onboarding helps too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The review process is more streamlined now that G2 is distributing the incentives, we are capitalising on the reviews that we have for other marketing purposes outside of G2 scope. And we're getting more pageviews, able to track the interest and conversion better.

Do all the onboarding sessions. It really helps to break down the interface into digestible parts

What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot because I find true and objective opinions of real users about software that we think about acquiring, easily the best one is sought according to the opinions and experiences of users around the world. On this website we can find the virtues, weaknesses and recommendations of many software, in addition to being recognized by global companies as a certified website for reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general the web is super complete, however, there are users who give ambiguous ideas about the product, it does not make the idea very clear, and in terms of publishing reviews, it is good to help people but in the section of `` what you dislike '' has a minimum number of words of 40, and sometimes it is a lot to sometimes clarify that a product does not dislike us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have resolved to obtain important information to decide between one software and another, also to be able in general to make budgets as to the number of licenses that we can obtain.

I can recommend this website, it is a leader and used worldwide by large and small companies, you can make or see reviews of many software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I plan to ask our CSM, but I don't believe there is a good way for us to share the positive comments from reviews on our website. They do have the review snapshot widget, but it is not very configurable i.e. it doesn't really work on our website. Thus, we are not able to share the good review using them as social proof on our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By investing more into our partnership with G2 Crowd, more clients now have the opportunity to share their experience using Cornerstone. This is very beneficial for their HR peers, especially when companies are actively looking for talent management software.
The Most Genuine Software Reviews Site
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they financially incentivize those reviewing software products listed on their site with Amazon and Starbucks gift cards. That being the case, any software review submitted on their site is genuine and not biased in any way. And to add, if a review submitted by a user is not genuine, it will be rejected and the review will not be available on G2 Crowd.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that there are some software products that are still not available on G2 Crowd. Sometimes you may want to compare different software products but after searching on their site, yo find that one or two products are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2 Crowd to compare different software products that I may need to use. I do this by reading through reviews written about these software products. After reading the reviews, I chose the product that has the most positive reviews for my company.

If you are thinking of using G2 Crowd to help you make decisions on what software products you would like to use for your company, then please go ahead and use the platform. They have the most genuine software reviews on the internet. You only need to search the various software products you would like to use the read through the reviews. Every review you will come across on G2 Crowd is a genuine review and has been verified and approved.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed collaborating with the G2 team as an on-going basis. They are very supportive and helpful. They want us to succeed so they follow-up quite often. When I have questions, they always reply in a prompt manner!
As for the G2 platform itself, it is very simple and easy to use. The analytics are very helpful for our marketing strategy for our customer retention and reaching out to new opportunities. It offers a lot of different options to promote our organization onto the G2 page.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about G2 is the Buyer Intent "recommended leads". Thus far, we haven't had much luck reaching out to the right person.

We are using G2 Marketing Solutions to increase our brand awareness, to help our sales team get outbound leads and to receive inbound leads as well.
We have increased the number of reviews (more to come) onto our G2 page, increased our page's traffic and increased our level on our product list.

The upsides of using G2 is the ability to access insight from users of software that offer business solutions in a wide range of fields. Users are able to review their everyday technology and business solution tools and ask questions on areas they may need assistance. I like the prompt response and assistance from the support. I also like that the platform offers remunerations for reviews which ensures that they attract a wider audience. In the end, this is beneficial to the users since they access many reviews and insights to drive their decisions.

There is nothing to dislike since all opinions and reviews offered are unbiassed.

I loved the onboarding process as our representative was very attentive and helpful in showing us how to get the best use out of the platform.

It may take a while to see results and I question the authenticity of some of the reviews.

The main problem is brand awareness and exposure to a new audience, the benefits so far have been inclusion in industry reports and increased SEO.
