Best Platform for software Reviews.
What do you like best about the product?
G2 crowd is number one platform for evaluate softwares and see the features of the software and the user experience most users share user experience of the software so new buyers able to get a idea of the software and able to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the software so easily by using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any bad comments about the platform everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in our organization we are using g2 crowd as a primary web site for see the user reviews of softwares before we purchase new softwares to organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Number one software for see the real user reviews of the software this platform is a lot of help for the new buyers for get an idea about new softwares before they purchase it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like G2 because it provides one with reviews from real-life experiences of users. I also like the objectivity and unbiased of reviews since it provides one with a clear image of what to expect when using a particular software of platform. This is achieved through the pros and cons of the application which enables a company to assess its value to the organization and the downsides expected to occur. I also like that G" credits its users for reviews of software and technology that they use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find an aspect that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 has played an essential role in providing us with business solutions. The main benefit of using the platform is the ability to assess business applications and build our confidence. For instance, we were able to start using Hubspot following an assessment of the user's experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend G2 to any company or individual looking to purchase or utilize technology and tools for their business purposes.
People trust other people more than vendors, and G2 provides that independent source.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is generally intuitive and our support team members have always been very friendly and easy to work with. We like being able to point prospects to independent reviews on a trusted site.

The pricing can be a bit stiff for a small and independently owned business. Some of the higher capabilities are out of our price range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking for increased exposure to potential buyers. Our appearance in G2's listings helps raise our profile. It also serves as a way to get more search engine exposure and independent opinions published.

If you're looking to put your software out there, this is a great platform to do it on. The cost may be on the high side for a smaller business, but you'll be putting your best foot forward with it.

Professional team and a lot of traffic opportunities. As well, integrated with HubSpot it gives you really powerful insights!

The number of leads generated can be improved and as well maybe to have translations of the profiles for each country.

G2 Crowed community gives the independent real verified users product feedback. It helps who going for a new product, using G2 Crowed easily check all the product lists, product cost, compare with other results, product features and many more.

there were some delays due to the expectations from sales and thr reality in on-boarding not totlaly matching up. But they made a real effort to resolve those.

Getting third party validation for sales enablement and new leads.

Make sure you understand the timing for the release of any comparison reporting and who is listed in your category and will show up on those reports.

What do you like best about the product?
- Buyer intent data I asked our CSM Kylie to help us find some information we were looking for and she went above and beyond to get it for us. Our integration specialist and account manager are always ready to answer and respond to all our questions. Willing to do some legwork for us whenever necessary. I ask a lot of questions and tend to be a bit of a squeaky wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing from my experience Sometimes, the algorithm will prioritize reviews that are neither recent nor most useful, because they are verified or lengthy, but do not take context into account The process of pushing G2Crowd accounts to an automated advertising campaign via social and programmatic channels is done with CSV files, but it is solvable using Zapier As someone being onboarded, there could be more clarity with the pricing and what you get for that price

If you are targeting corporate accounts with multiple offices, buyer signal updates will inform you of the specific city where the office is located to focus your reach. I don't know what else is available in the market, but I have had a lot of success. Unlike other review-based sites, you can create the profile you have, in addition to some blank tagging areas, but fortunately, you don't need to contact the account manager every time you want to change something.

- I like listing our own product here and getting it in front of eyes that are already invested in the research phase for a product like ours.
- I also like G2 for comparing similar products, say when it comes to design or to calling or to marketing software etc.
- But if I must be honest, I like best the incentives offered for reviewing products that I use. Being in the tech world, I try and use a bunch of different tools, so this is a perfect deal.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Initially, I didn't know that they localize offers (say a Starbucks gift card won't work in certain regions so while that's what you thought you were going to get, you might end up with a Visa gift card equivalent instead). I think the intention for localization is good however I would have preferred being informed (/offered a choice upfront) as a Visa gift card is just as useless to me for example...
I contacted their support however and they were quick to inform and nice, and now I know so next time I'll be careful in my selection.

Get to know about the experience people had with softwares.Share our own experience.and if we are lucky we can get rewards for what we have shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it is only limited to English and maximum number of rewards a person can get is 5.But it would be for the company sake as well.Its not much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the benefit is receiving a Gift card for the reviews which makes me feel happy and worthy.

There is an incentive of $25 to generate reviews, but perhaps some consultation/suggestions on how many gift cards to use would have been helpful.

We needed to get on the grid and have a real presence on G2 to generate awareness / leads. We now have much more awareness and buyer intent.
