What do you like best about the product?
Easy to establish a complete profile. Very helpful and proactive team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little hiccup on my profile to start - was handles effectively. All good after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand awareness - we are new company and have some very happy customers. G2 was perfect to help us emphasize that positive aspect of the company.
Using the G2 reviews on all our mktg and sales efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about G2 Insights. It can be emphasized that it is a review tool that evaluates individual opinions from all those users who access it to give their points of view on different applications, servers, among others. Another thing I like about G2 Insights is that it rewards its users when one of these reviews is accepted, compensating them with gift cards and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I don't like about G2 Insights, and it's that the bonus it gives to its users when a review is approved is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most notable benefit of G2 Insights is the rewards or bonuses that each user receives for an accepted review. Another benefit provided by G2 Insights is that you can give opinions about any type of application or software you use, as well as browsers, emails, among others, through simple questions where you can help improve each of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If any user wishes to share their opinions about any application, software, web browsers, among other programs they use, G2 Insights is the right site. G2 Insights rewards its users with various types of bonuses and you will also be interacting about what you like or dislike about a specific software. G2 Insights is very easy to use, just register an account with your username and you will be participating in this innovative review site.

Exceptional Review Site Support

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Crowd has helped provide us with a platform that our customers can truly voice their opinions about Genesys. This has become a great tool for our company internally and allows a great platform for potential prospects to use. G2 went above and beyond at our recent customer event by helping us collect reviews and we were able to collect over 250 reviews in 2 days.

G2 helped us pivot quickly during the pandemic when in-person events were canceled, and we were able to come up with unique ways to continue to collect reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of G2 is currently improving for the admin use however there could still be some more room for improvement in regards to tagging reviews. Also it would be nice to be able to create our own unique tracking links for events and campaigns instead of having to go to G2 support every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to capture more accurate customer feedback regarding all of our products. This platform helps motivate our customers to leave the reviews. G2 has also helped us go above and beyond at our customer events, creating a true experience for our customers while they leave reviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rely on your CSM for your account. Carly has done a fantastic job with helping us maintain our rating and keeping fresh reviews come in.

The value of peer reviews

What do you like best about the product?
The B2B market is now looking at peer review sites, like G2, as an important source for truly independent perspectives from real customers about the experience they are having with our platform and services. We think this is a growing trend in the customer service industry and we leverage the findings constantly to help us improve the products and services we deliver. G2 is one of the top vendors in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to get enough depth in a review to make it actionable and we don't always get that. Further, we'd like to see more G2 visibility in search results relevant to our call/contact center industry so that our customers and prospects can leverage in their buying research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting product insights and creating more awareness for our solutions

A strong partner for lead generation and elevating our brand

What do you like best about the product?
As a global company, its invaluable for us that G2 are able to accept online reviews in local language as we solicit reviews from our customers around the globe. As a leader in the review space G2 is known in all the regions we operate with them making them a truly global partner. They have played a huge part in accelerating our pipeline through leads generated off the back of reviews and more recently offered an excellent service at our industry event where they gathered 200+ reviews (on a target of 100!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to tag and pull reviews off the G2 site for use in broader marketing campaigns is a little clunkier than some of their competitors but I believe there are new plans in place for this, so I look forward to the updates on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation has been hugely increased through the capture of online reviews in just 18 months of using G2. They are now instrumental to our global strategy. Onsite event assistance was outstanding recently where the G2 team achieved 200%+ of target which also moved our overall position in the Product Grids as well as benefitting lead gen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the breath of information relating to business software solutions that can be found on G2. The number of developers and end users who's opinions, reviews and advice can be found in this one spot is amazingly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes dislike the lack of transparency around review rewards - I'm often unaware of whether I will be reimbursed for a review or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to sit through hour-long presentations with software salespeople in order to arrive at the best solution for our business needs. G2 is now my go-to source of knowledge on these matters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump in and learn how to navigate the platform first. Clearly define your business' needs and then search for solutions and reviews.

Good Platform, Great Support Team!

What do you like best about the product?
The G2 admin portals are intuitive and easy to use so as an admin, I can find the insights I need without breaking a sweat. That said, the Success and Support teams have been what makes G2 really stand out. There is always a responsive person available to help brainstorm, troubleshoot, or point our program in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform functionality is highly limited depending on the package purchased. Some features that are truly standard to operate basic review programs seem to only be included in optimized or enhanced packages. It's frustrating to design a program around these limitations and when this is brought up, the only real solution is up-sell - which is not a realistic option for many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 allows us to drive and curate crowdsourced reviews across our existing client bases and product offerings. Using G2 we have been able to identify trends in client champions (and pain points). Leveraging reviews, we are now having conversations that improve client relationships and create stronger business partnerships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
G2 support/client success is fantastic. Would love more self-help training or how-to resources available via a knowledge base or video tutorial system.

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity and responsibility with the customer that uses the platform to select the best software for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not change the language for PT-br, making it difficult to understand the platform. But for those who speak fluent English, it is quiet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to find the best Applications and Software for our company.

The platform is great for research and customer satisfaction.

A very good way to get a few extra bucks

What do you like best about the product?
G2 pays you to review different products and it's very straight to the point. It's not like all those other fake sites who claim to pay you after you leave a review and never follow up with you on it. G2 emails you with a link to your gift card code (If you're eligible to earn said gift card) and I think that's really nice. I was able to buy all sorts of things from amazon with G2! I first saw G2 on an amazon ad, and I honestly thought it was just another one of those fake sites. But I decided to try it anyways because why not? I then found out how wrong I was. I'm really glad to have finally found a website that actually does what it says! You always get your gift card (If you earned one) one day after you do the review, and that's really great considering how many reviews you guys have to read over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you have to complete so many different things in order to get your grade up. I understand that it's so you guys get legitimate reviews, but it's pretty time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to buy new decorations for my classroom! I will recommend using G2 to my students, I'm sure they would appreciate it, as they say from time to time jokingly how broke they are (They're juniors and sophomores in high school)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend using G2 if you have free time on your hands and need a little extra money!
