G2 an analytical lab for software selection
What do you like best about the product?
G2 team always go extra mile to authenticate reviews before approving it, this ensure reviews on G2 are genuine and are true representation of users' opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Presently i don't find anything uninteresting about G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that G2 not only has a cornacopia of info in different systems. But also that, that info is incredibly unbiased so I always know it's users reviewing the product instead of paid reviews by the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really find anything wrong with the website. I enjoy the GUI. I enjoy reading reviews as much as I enjoy writing review on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 always helps with solving the problem when it comes to implimenting a new system or when evaluating a current one.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Insights is a great place to learn about the capabilities and potential limitations of different software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to the number of services you can review, but I am sure that those limitations will lessen as G2 Insights grows and becomes more reputable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now better understand if the software I'm reviewing is right for our company while also writing my own reviews to help others.

Use their services to gain insights into software that you might not have otherwise used. Also, please be sure to write reviews yourself to keep adding to the averages and truth behind each review.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that almost all reviews are made by users of the solution and/or user who used to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be better but this is not a break dealer.

It help us doing a pre-test screening of solutions we want to evaluate for future use with our clients. That kind of reviews reduce the time we need to use to choose some potential solutions for our clients.

The best thing within the platform is to gain recognition for the detailed reviews of the products you know based on your experience with them both inside and out.

I would like them to add programs that we use for free for reviews, I usually see few, also they should be an option, since I see that many are for payments.

I have found reviews that have helped me make decisions when selecting a payment software since when I invest I like to know the comments of other people who not only show the good of a software but also the disadvantages, it is very important to make decisions.

I usually recommend to colleagues and friends who work in the marketing area that before implementing a software read the reviews in G2, many have thanked me as they get solutions to their problems.
