What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform is great. Everything is very straightforward, there is big type font and numbers for the grading scales. I appreciate that there is a progress bar so that you know exactly how much more you have to review in order to complete the review. I also enjoy the grading scale and circle progress bar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any strong dislikes with the G2 Platform. Obviously it would be nice to not have to write as much with these reviews but t needs to be thorough. Counter to that point is that the word limit is almost perfectly set where it makes the reviewer thoroughly review the softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not recognized any issues with the platform. The benefits are the Amazon Gift Cards which are very useful things to have. I think that the $10 card is a great motivator, whereas the $5 Gift Card seems a little bit on the low end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been recommending this to as many people as I possibly can. It it as fantastic thing to do during your down time at work.

You have to pay to unlock a good bit of the data.

Helps me get basic info, also news about companies so I know when they get funding.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 provides so much data that organizations can use to drive sales and retain customers. They offer trusted reviews, buyer insights data, competitive insights data, reports, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 moves really fast and sometimes doesn't tell all the Account Managers what new products are being launched. Sometimes, I wished they slowed down a little bit. There is such a thing as too much data. Also, they are very, very expensive for vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to support our customers, share feedback with prospects, conduct competitive research, and more. It's a great tool to support our market leadership position and NPS.

Make sure you set clear goals with your account manager, understand offerings, and cost.

I like that it shows the pros and the cons, truly unbiased.

Sometimes the comparison products are not always 'apples to apples'.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it was to get our product to get some visibility and traction in the marketplace among peers in the same category. Our account manager and implementation folks were awesome and guided us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn’t know about some cool features till our account manager told us. Some of our customers have reported issues with review submission failures multiple times. Just the submit button was not working.

Jump starting our inbound strategy, getting visibility on the high performer quadrant for a startup that has a great product and reviews on G2 has been huge for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process has been thorough and well executed. I liked how they break it up over several calls, giving you time to implement what we went over in between calls and also avoiding a firehose of information and features to try to remember all in one onboarding call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like most enterprise tools like this, it can be complicated and is a lot of information to digest. Luckily the support and onboarding team has been really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get in front of qualified, high-intent people looking for fundraising and donor management solutions for their nonprofit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although implementing G2 does introduce more work and more things to keep on top of, their product is top-notch and their support is incredible. Keep in mind that they can never guarantee more business.
G2Crowd is authentic great advice that we trust and use regularly.
What do you like best about the product?
Authentic reviews, great comparison content, and a great team to work with day to day. We use G2Crowd when reviewing software as well as a platform where we encourage agencies to review our platform. Everything about G2Crows is quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead generation that results from G2Crowd is so high quality that I just wish we could get more volume. The low funnel lead generation from G2Crowd is top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving leads through the funnel is one of the most difficult tasks that takes patience, time and a lot of good content. G2Crowd cuts through all of that and just gives us low funnel prospects ready to purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
To start off, what's not to like about reviewing products you've used, writing reviews and being compensated for your time? Everything is the answer. I love the 'Current Review Grade' meter because I can track how far along I am and how credible I'm making reviews. On average, I rank between A and A-.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to start. When I was first introduced to the application it was difficult to navigate from my first review to my profile page. After that, it was a cake walk. I dislike how long my reviews take to get processed. What I dislike the most about G2 would be that most of the applications aren't that know (good for the company but bad for reviewers). I'm reviewing this platform because I know it, I can't review data mining software because I have no clue what that might be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be easier if there were more commonly knew applications (i,e. Discord, Steam, Webroot, etc) just to name a few programs that an average person might use on a daily basis, just getting into, or might have heard about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My screenshot is from this review to start off. It's an awesome program for students to get a little bit of money for trying out programs and giving them reviews. The best part is, I've been able to already do a few for the few that I know (refer to dislikes). I recommend exploring the website and linking your Linked In account. It's optional but it will look good for people viewing your page to see your diversity with many programs. It's so easy to do, review programs you know, be credible, get rewards.
