What I like best about Rocketlane is its user-friendly interface and the way it streamlines project management and customer onboarding in one place. It improves collaboration across teams and helps keep projects organized and on track.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize communication, task tracking, project timelines, and collaboration between internal teams and customers. This has improved efficiency, reduced manual follow-ups, and provided better visibility into project progress, helping projects get completed faster and with better coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Rocketlane for its seamless integration with Salesforce. It means I don't have to create projects or add users manually, as it's all handled through automation. I also appreciate the smooth flow of custom fields and the sync between both systems. The initial setup of Rocketlane was pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Rocketlane to provide some best practices for the industry I'm in, especially in terms of creating a structure plan or project plan template.

Rocketlane automates project creation, resource management, and workflows, eliminating manual tasks. It integrates smoothly with Salesforce, syncing custom fields and systems effortlessly.

Rocketlane gives our teams one place to manage customer-facing projects, track progress, and keep everyone aligned. I like that it combines project management, customer visibility, templates, automations, and reporting in a way that supports a consistent implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas still feel like they need more maturity, especially around deeper reporting, admin controls, and certain automation behaviors. As you scale usage across teams, small gaps can create extra manual work or require workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us standardize how we manage customer-facing projects from kickoff through go-live. It gives our internal teams and customers a shared view of project status, milestones, tasks, and ownership, which cuts down on confusion and keeps work moving.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the billable analytics and reports in Rocketlane. They are super helpful when integrated with Salesforce to get department data. I also find the setup process to be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more reports available. Date shifting is a hassle and could be more intuitive. It would be great to have automatic date shifting and updates. Also, more report versatility and more information on tools would have been nice.

I use Rocketlane for managing project timelines and analytics. The Salesforce integration is great for accessing departmental data through reports.

Over the past twelve months, improvements in resource allocation and intelligent automation have genuinely transformed our operational efficiency. It goes well beyond basic task management by giving us a high-level view of team bandwidth, which helps us proactively balance workloads and protect against employee burnout.
I’m also very impressed with how their analytics suite has evolved. We can now pull deep, actionable insights into execution timelines and overall project health directly within the platform. By removing the need for manual data exports, Rocketlane has become our definitive “single source of truth” for all client-facing engagements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform offers such deep configuration options, there’s an undeniable learning curve during the initial onboarding phase. It took our team several weeks of experimenting to dial in our standardized global templates. If you’re looking for a basic, “plug-and-play” checklist, the platform’s complexity can feel daunting at first—but the long-term ROI is significant once the system is fully calibrated to your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to adopting Rocketlane, our implementation process was siloed across scattered email threads, static spreadsheets, and a mix of internal tools. Rocketlane has effectively eliminated the “information vacuum” that so often plagues customer onboarding. By using its dedicated client portal and a strong ecosystem of integrations, we’ve removed nearly all friction in the handoff between Sales and Customer Success. Our clients now have full transparency throughout the project lifecycle, which has helped accelerate Time-to-Value (TTV) and meaningfully improve overall client sentiment.

The web interface is great, but the mobile experience isn't smooth enough for complex tasks and deep analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By centralizing our time logging, Rocketlane has replaced the manual spreadsheets we used before and improved the accuracy of my tracking. The platform runs reliably with no lag, and its smooth integration into our core workflows has noticeably increased my day-to-day productivity.
Solid Project Management With Great Resource Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Rocketlane for project management. The Timesheet feature is particularly valuable as it helps track the bandwidth of all resources, allowing us to manage resources accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I see is where one Jira can be mapped with one task, and we cannot tag anyone on comments on Jira via Rocketlane.

Rocketlane helps us track milestones and timesheets, boosting project visibility. The timesheet feature lets us monitor resource bandwidth, aiding in better resource management.
