Beautiful user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Embracing project task management has revolutionized our workflow compared to our outdated system. With its intuitive user interface and diverse task statuses, it has become my go to choice for project management. Eliminates the need for other task tracking tools while working with PS tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish cloning tasks was faster from different projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and time log. I am a PM for several projects.

Lucid interface that suits new users like me
What do you like best about the product?
I am used to using old and clunky interfaces from products that were build in the late 2000s. This is a refreshing change for me. Definitely a project mangement system that I would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications are generated by the system sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management in one place. Connnects well with other HR and CRM systems in the company.
Rocketlane is a useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Project customisation with fields is very important for us. When we link to the CRM, the opportunity has multiple fields on Salesforce that need to make it to our projects. This is used to allocate resources to projects using dynamic values.
What do you dislike about the product?
Form submissions overwrite values by default. It should allow multiple submissions instead, by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource allocation and filling intake customer data through forms

What do you like best about the product?
We are an agency that has to track time and budgets for projects. The tool is used to allocate resources, fill timesheets in billable tasks and we use these to invoice our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheet approval has two flows which was confusing at first. I got used to it later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for time tracking and allocating my people to the projects that make the most revenue. Our interns handle the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
Our source of information for project plans, resource management and allocation of time to different projects. The scheduler feature is especially useful to plan our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more intuitive and easier to setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workload of the team is visible to everyone using the tool. It's easy to track and reporting is great once it has been setup.
Rocketlane gets better with time
What do you like best about the product?
They add a lot of new features. We recently moved to subscription billing for some of our customers and it was great to utilise this in Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configuration takes time to input into the tool. I wish there was a faster way to configure notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central place to manage our processes, tasks and timesheets.
A friendly user interface that is ideal for new learners
What do you like best about the product?
Project management tools like Asana and spreadsheets are what we used before trying Rocketlane. This tool is just as fast and helps provide a window of how we work to our customers. The client portal is very good.

I have enjoyed using the tool and do not have any negative feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The feature set is expansive and there is some learning curve to the product. But when you get there it saves your team a lot of time.

Ease of use, Interface and the various integration with my office apps like teams and outlook calender

Easy to use and less time consuming to use. The workflow of the team is managed using Rocketlane.
Amazing plan of action for resources and capacity
What do you like best about the product?
Our allocations were done on a spreadsheet before. Rocketlane changed that. We now use the tool to manage capacity for the team and allocate resources. This is for billable and non billable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing time entries in bulk can be really annoying sometimes. It's not everyday that you need to do it. But when you do, it sinks a good 20 minutes of my time.
