Software that is suited to our needs
What do you like best about the product?
The experience has improved since we first started using the software. Welcome change after some of the initial bugs we experienced were fixed. Resource management features have improved the most.

It is very easy to use and so efficient. I like the timetables and functionality within Rocketlane.

Usability and Sharability. The collaberation
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to update the projects or tasks when you change their status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miscommunication and unclarity. THis helps us stay transparent and on top of the project tasks along with our onboarding customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Great at allocating our resources and managing projects. The usability has improved over time and is easy to adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Representation of resource allocation can switch between percentage and absolute values to make it easier to plan my activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource management, allocations and capacity planning.

I can see what my team is doing and where we need to proactively pick up the pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat manual to ensure tasks are completed. Integration with Outlook to automate some tasks would be helpful. Honestly, this capablity may exist and we have not adopted it yet as an org?

Centralized project management - visibility.
Perfect PSA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our overall experience has been very positive with this tool. The PM team and their data now integrate better with the PS side of our business. We are more data driven and taken decisions based on the custom reports inside the tool. Resouce management and allocation are also streamlined now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gantt feature can be tricky sometimes. I lost some changes in the early days of working with this feature. It's more stable now.

The entire PS lifecycle is enabled in Rocketlane
Top notch resource management
What do you like best about the product?
Tracks our projects and resources effectively. It offers many features like the AI which allocate resources to projects without human intervention. That saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resource AI feature could have come sooner. It's what I've always been looking for.

Saved me and my lead a lot of time while allocation resources to a project
Beautiful project management with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Time tracking and resource mangement are very easy to use and intuitive. It's easy to plan a project out of the box using their resource allocation and gantt scheduler features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Unlike other tools Rocketlane even lets me customise status options for projects and tasks. Very happy with the tool.

A project management tool that is used across the team and the whole organisation.
Data analysis is great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the detailed reports that can be crafted with the product. It takes little to no time to generate custom reporting.

I wish the data could be exported directly to my company's warehouse

Great high level overview of our business
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an admin that has used Rocketlane for over 2 years. The insights into where revenue is leaking and what we should do about it are fascinating. With so many projects its sometimes easy to lose track of where we should be improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to setup custom reports and dashboards, but its worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution for resources allocated, revenue recognition and high level overview using custom reporting.
Powerful software for your PS business
What do you like best about the product?
My organisation uses Rocketlane to manage projects, track time, allocate resources, and handling purchase orders. I'm responsible for tasks such as onboarding new clients, and managing weekly time entry reports. I love this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much better and snappier compared to previous tools I used. No problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire service business line is powered by Rocketlane. This includes onboarding our new customers all the way to invoicing them.
