Pretty great for a relatively new player in the project management space
What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is super invested and interested in helping you make the product work for you. It may take a while to get the hang of it if you are used to using another product but it's pretty intuitive. I like being able to loop people in outside of your company - really useful if you are client-facing and have action items for your clients to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project templates do not always automatically save which can result in lost work. Not necessarily a downside but one thing that would be "nice to have": a favorites/starred list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our company keep big multi-faceted projects on schedule by making it easy to view each others' progress and blockers, across multiple departments and teams.

Rocketlane is a great task management and project tool
What do you like best about the product?
A simple way to manage projects and tasks on multiple accounts. Approvals, and follow ups are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app logged me out randomly once. But works smoothly otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management tool used to track tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks that we work on are auto populated in our timesheets which makes filling them extremely easy. I spend less than 10 minutes on this every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timesheet can be slow if we try to fill it for 2 weeks at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesheet and invoicing of our customers after the project is done
Great platform and excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
They worked very closely with us on our Salesforce integration and helped shape the way we should be thinking about post sale workflows. Resource allocation and resource management now happen within a few days after a project is created. It used to take us weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. It's a good tool.

Initial Impressions
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane brings a level of customizability to their tool that I haven't found in other tools. It can seem a bit overwhelming when you first jump in but after getting comfortable I like that there is so much you can do within the tool to meet your own use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can't find much. Initial impressions is that notifications are too frequent, and there are some notification settings that you can't turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex onboardings in a spreadsheet was near impossible. Rocketlane brings it all into one UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Giving clients the confidence about the work that my agency does is now easy. I showcase progress every week and send them status updates through documents. Everything is integrated so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents (spaces?) take a while to load in collaboration mode. This happens in certain hours of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcase my work to customers using a client portal. They don't even need to login. That's the best part of the solution as I see it.
Fantastic tool to connect your back office to your customer facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
We used to operate in our own islands before Rocketlane. Time tracking, billing, invoicing, project management, resource management all happened on different tools or different features in a tool. A single view was never possible before Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is reliable and bug free. What more could I ask for?

The entire gamut of tools - Resourcing, capacity planning, project managment, time sheets, invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
As a typical user I use the tool to organize my time across multiple projects. I use spaces for documenting entries on a day-to-day basis. I also export this data to timesheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it's the end of the week, too many people try to update timesheets at the same time and I think that slows down the view for an hour. It's fast otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesheet management and resource allocation for our entire team.
Resource Planning linked with great Time tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Planning new projects and their allocated resources is now automated. Their new Resource AI feature also makes it easy for us to optimise our allocations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point out of in particular, its been a great platform.

Resource allocations on time after a projects has been won by sales

It's primary focus area is to manage projects in our company. It does a good job at this.

I've been using it for a year and like it. Nothing I can think of that's critical.

Project management and user management. Collaborators only see projects they are part of.
