What do you like best about the product?
Configurations are the best about rocketlane. Settings are flexible.

UX needs improvement, while UI is better

Making the lives easier for the client and us for follow ups and individula tasks, helps in granularity

Intuitive Application, real time updates.
Rocketlane offers variety of views and access controls that allows all type of users to have information as per their role and responsibilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need some work on stabalizing the software. Sometimes we have encountered instances wherein updates are not captured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A complete project management tool that we use to organise projects efficiently

I love how strong and robust the software is for automations and managing my agencies projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am with Rocketlane for the long term. I just want it to be more mobile and user friendly with the user interface like a Trello or clickup. I know its on the way.

The UI is pleasant to use and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
We were onboarded to Rocketlane, using Rocketlane. So meta. We now use this tool to get our customers up to speed after sales. The resources are allocated to projects using the same tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tested our salesforce on another account and it would've been nice if we could port all the settings with a button. Customer support did it for us anyway, so I don't have anything to complain.

Project intake and resource allocation are clear benefits while using Rocketlane

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several PSA platforms in my long career. This one is different. It integrates several pieces of the puzzle like projects, sales, invoices, resources, capacity plans, metrics, reports into one coherent solution.

A great Professional Services Automation tool to manage Resources, Time and Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane can seamlessly merge all business departmets like sales, delivery, and operations into one. It's a comprehensive solution for your enterprise that' s tailored for Professional Services. This integration makes for a billing cycle that's efficient and boosts performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When documents are exported in PDF, the styling changes sometimes. It's very rare, but it would be nice if they can fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop PSA solution to forecast expenses and maximize revenues. We use it across multiple departments. Rocketlane is a key software for our company.

We think of Rocketlane as the fabric that connects all our teams together. Right after a project starts, up until the time that a client is billed, we use this tool for all touch points.

It takes some time for all users to use the platform like we asked them to, but when that happened, every implementation was as good as the previous one.

You're missing out by not using Rocketlane!!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Rocketlane for over 2 years now. The speed at which their team releases new enhacements to the product is unreal. I've not seen this in any other product before and I've been doing this for 12 years. All our time and expenses are captured in Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app could have come sooner. But they have one now.

Capacity planning for the implementation team happens on Rocketlane
The design is just outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
For someone that has never connected a calendar to a tool before, Rocketlane made my task look really easy. My timeoff is always synced and I'm in control of my meetings. I also love that we can build custom forms and get our users to provide data during a project. Streamlines the whole implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform is easy to use and great!

Streamlines all my priorities across projects and keeps the team aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is very helpful in optimising your projects. No matter what your goal - client satisfaction, project delivery on time, budget utilisation, Rocketlane will provide maximum value. Processes that used to take us months now only take a week. It would not have been possible without Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a few weeks to adapt to the new flow when it was introduced. Nothing else that I think would be a problem.

Significant manual wrangling of our month end spreadsheets is now a thing of the past. Invoicing and reporting are streamlined. Business performance is now visible across all departments.
