Very user friendly and it's helpful to track productivity hours and downtime
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and it's helpful to track productivity hours and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane needs to have more features to mark downtimes and the edit option to edit the times clocked in a day instead of fully deleting the entire day's times clocked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is easy to allocate downtimes and to mark the work overed in a day. it's easy to explain to the upper management if the resource allocation is utilized
Streamlined Project Management with Impressive Collaboration Too
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane continues to stand out because of how easy the platform is to use, even as new features are introduced. The overall user experience feels very intuitive, which makes it simple for teams to adopt and manage projects without a steep learning curve. I especially like the recent updates and improvements to the interface. The new layout view is a big improvement—it brings together text, tasks, and key project details in a way that feels much more organized and easier to navigate.
The menu options are also clearer and more streamlined, which helps reduce the time spent searching for features or switching between sections. Having tasks and written updates integrated into the same view makes collaboration smoother and keeps project communication in one place. Overall, the platform continues to improve while still maintaining the simplicity and efficiency that make it easy to manage projects day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane has been improving a lot, but there are a couple of areas that could make the platform even better.
First, adding a Dark Mode option for the layout would be extremely helpful. Many of us working in web design and development spend long hours looking at screens, and the current bright white interface can make it harder to focus on details. A dark mode would reduce eye strain and make it easier to review content, layouts, and tasks for extended periods of time.
Another improvement would be in the tagging system for clients or team members. Currently, you often need to know the first letter or part of a person's name to tag them, which can become confusing when there are many clients or collaborators involved in a project. Previously, when typing the @ symbol, the system would show a list of everyone involved in the project, which made tagging much faster and more efficient. Bringing back that option—where all project members appear when typing @—would greatly improve usability and communication within projects.
These small changes would make an already strong platform even more efficient for teams managing multiple clients and projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience with Rocketlane has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that keeps teams aligned and projects on track, especially in customer onboarding or service delivery scenarios. With a few interface refinements and expanded mobile support, it could easily become the go-to solution for any organization managing complex projects or client implementations

A lot of the integrations which you'd expect to be seamless are not. Additionally, the load time for the pages is incredibly long, but that's still worth it for the amount of use that this platform provides from a project management tool standpoint. Also shifting timeline dates is tedious.
