Transform your business with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Our back office team has always been blindsided by sales. This changed after we implemented Rocketlane. This is an excellent app that is utilised by every member of the department. The easy to use UI makes it a pleasure to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The previous tools we used had an old and clunky UI. Rocketlane is a breath of fresh air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource management is a key benefit for us. Staff always know what they are working on and what their billable hours are.

What do you like best about the product?
it's an amazing software that gets the job done. The integrations before and after creating an opportunity are powered by using Rocketlane's open API. It's very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used the platform for a very long time now. No dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The API makes flows that are not available out of the box accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding plan is no longer adhoc like it used to be. There is a clear plan of action and the right stakeholders are mapped right from kickoff.

I can't think of anything. I've used the tool for well over a year now.

What do you like best about the product?
Projects are complicated sometimes based on the industry that our sales team sells the product into. The templatised rollout of these projects ensures that the right people are working on the projects that matter the most. We cannot afford to slip on our service delivery and onboarding. Rocketlane helps us get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the tool a lot and have no complaints.

Resource management tools make it easy to track who is working on our most important projects and their billable hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an alarm for project budgets reaching capacity. I wish this was configurable for a range of projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our resources and tasks are managed in Rocketlane. Capacity planning for the next quarter happens on the tool.
Project and margins on track with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Budgeting for each project and managing all the tasks associated with it are now possible with Rocketlane's platform. We no longer understaff or overallocate our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major drawbacks that I can think of.

Rocketlane has made project and budget management look very easy. Really greatful for the tool .
It's an excellent system for managing time and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
All projects that have been signed off on Salesforce make it to Rocketlane immediately based on some rules. This is very flexible.Right from Pre-Sales all the way to obtaining the customers' satisfaction through a CSAT, Rocketlane's got our back.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use automations on many projects. It would be nice to see how times it is triggered per project and how many hours this saves us per project.

Helps us stay on top of our business priorities with consolidated custom reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very flexible. The academy website that they setup is also a great way to learn the platform. I like that it is self serve. When I need to reach out to support, they are always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I disliked about it.

Saves a lot of time for the team when tasks we are working on are auto filled in our timesheets.

This tool is fantastic for project management, and is essential for Saas businesses that have embedded PSA teams. We track our resources, their capacity and match them to the right projects based on skill.

Really like the product. Nothing I dislike about it.

We start thinking about how to execute a project immediately after we win the deal. This leads to better capacity planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined access to data from invoices, projects and tasks. Data from Salesforce is also integrated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations need Zapier since they are not out of the box. It gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We accessing integrated data from CRM, HCM and other systems by integrated them centrally in Rocketlane. That's really helpful.
