Great Project and Resource Management platform that is best in class
What do you like best about the product?
Rockeltlane has an easy to use and simple interface. The tool's scalability is critical in project management, resource management, and time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used the tool for 6 months and have no issues

The following areas are benefits for my team:

A great tool for PSOs
What do you like best about the product?
Our operations have been revolutionized, saving us hours each day in project management, resourcing and staffing. We also spend less time filling timesheets now. Rocketlane is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now. I like the tool.

Coordinating people for multiple teams across global projects is automated with their Resource AI

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the list and Gantt views for their comprehensive insights. The ability to preview the customer portal view is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a feature is not documented on their help article. It's rare but happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensures projects remain on schedule and are profitable, and that the clients are satisfied, and data is up to date with integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly intuitive and user-friendly, facilitating rapid onboarding and ensuring swift ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were running on an old PSA before with a clunky UI, so I have no dislikes.

We utilized numerous applications to handle our finance which is much easier now with an integrated solution

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of Rocketlane's solution renders it adaptable to nearly every business scenario, while also offering easy customization tailored to your specific needs. Automations are configurable per project for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was easy to migrate from our old PSA tool so I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing and staffing our employees is what we use it for. Onboarding is the 2nd benefit to our org.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection between Salesforce and Rocketlane is in real time. Opportunities can be linked directly to projects at many levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The Rocketlane support team is great and even built custom dashboards for us to visualize.

Invoices and payments are a key area of benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to oversee employees, clients, projects, finances, makes it very effective. Integration with other software is seamless, making implementation straightforward. The Zapier and Workato integrations are very useful.

I love the product and have nothing to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Creating automated flows is straightforward and doesn't need a developer. Previously when we used another PSA system, we would be charged for this AND we needed a coder. That's not the case with Rocketlane.

If we have an issue the support team is quick to respond. We have no complaints.

It caters to the enhanced support, performance, and scalability needs of larger clientele.
