User friendly UI and features are best
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is best and also functionality like stage changes of tasks quickly we can do and also the filter feature is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Android app the notification pannel dosen't navigate to respective page sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my problem to keep track of tasks and hours spend on it and also it helps to keep track of task which is subtask of other task.

Few additional reports would help and also if the project plan can be exporeted in the form of mpp showing the dependencies and successors would be of great help.

Easy and convenient collaboration with your customers and ease of access
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a shift of plan, there is no easier method to bulk shift the plan and cannot shift more than 10 days in one go

It helps to give our customers a wholistic view of the project phases and its tasks that are created as templates

can add meetings from calendar to timesheet via Add from calendar button

if no value is filled in the rows for your "this week" timesheet and you click on the previous page button and then you come back to your this week timesheet you lose the unfilled rows even if you've added the project and task description .

Best Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new interface! It is very clean and easily legible. Also adore the AI Fills and cross compatibility with Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RocketLane makes it easier for me to keep track of ongoing projects via ease of filtering as well as the ability to keep all communication within the platform. Project Updates enables me to keep track of larger updates and the chat makes it easy for the customer to communicate if they need something. The fact that I can integrate it with my Slack to ensure I receive all notifications and tweak what notifications I want to see is great as well. I can brag about it all day!
Managing your customer's Go Live with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about RL so far has been the customised life cycle stages that are relevant and accurate to what the customer actually goes through. This is very easy to track and update and gives clarity throughout the implementation journey of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most thing I dislike about RL is that I feel it is too slow to load the screens when we refresh or open in a new tab. But I already see a difference in the way it has improved over the last 1.5 yrs I have used the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem this is solving for me is having an order or path set up in terms of stages to cover for a customer to successfully onboard. This allows me not to get side tracked and helps me focus on the current stage and plan accordingly to smoothly cover the next stage.

The major challenge we faced was managing our employees' timesheets, and Rocketlane provides a wonderful experience and a detailed overview of our project execution, effectively managing time sheets.

Project plannning and team management. Also customer expectations and clarity on projects.

Customers should not be able to change tasks in the onboarding template, only assign tasks to team members but not delete them or change the timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The timesheet submission and also project allocations are easy. To add on the UI is very userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i open 2 tabs parallely and if i update a project time allocation in a tab it doesn't get synced up in the parallel tab to get it synced i need to manually reload the page and i might end up lossing the timesheet filling data.

Perviously we used to send the weekly updates manually on mails but now currently we are using rocketlane featurtes to onboard the client and send the weekly updates and project timelines from here only
