Innovative Solution for Professional Service Orgs
What do you like best about the product?
Insight into our business operations is great. We track utilization, invoices, our sales forecasts on the platform. Projected skills requirements over the next few months help us plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of new features that they release. I wish I had more time to fully utilise the platform.

An Onboarding and PSA juggernaut that your team and customers will love!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless implementation and the ability to tweak settings for everything from notifications to custom fields. Fine grained user controls make this platform safe to use internally and with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to control notification digest time ranges. The notifications themselves can be controlled, but it would be great to receive a digest once a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially rolled out Rocketlane to invoice our customers based on timesheet data. We use it for several other reasons now such as project intake and reporting.
Customer software that actually delivers value
What do you like best about the product?
The software boasts an exceptionally user-friendly interface. The adoption of software has historically been a problem for us. With Rocketlane, the problem went away. We are now able to cater to our business's distinct requirements without sacrificing adoption of the solution. Resourcing to invoicing happens within Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes a change in estimate leads to a domino of changes that we need to make in the software. But most of this is automated and it rarely happens. Some manual inputs from team members are required at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really love the ability to cater to all phases of the customer journey. Right from kickoff to invoicing.
Rocketlane has changed how we do project management
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the birds eye view that we get of projects that are created in Rocketlane. This really is the best PSA tool out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bulk changes to resource management can take time to input, but this is rare.

The billable utilization of all our team members is now clear across all projects

This has been a great tool to plan our work and take control of projects after sales handoff

Nothing to disklike. The tool has mostly been free of bugs and is a pleasure to use.

A detailed view of projects and where we should be spending our time and energies
Rocketlane is a great all round Onboarding and PSA platform
What do you like best about the product?
We manage both onboarding and PSA using Rocketlane. We have different portfolios of customers that are managed through custom fields inside the product. Dynamic templates are used based on these fields to create the right sort of project. This saves so much manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to using this platform. We can easily track projects now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to see which people are allocated across which projects. This visibility is possible with Rocketlane and can be access with ease. Project risks are also surfaced on time.
THE platform to use for Professional Services Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane was able to deliver on all our PS needs. The reporting gave us insights into project and services combined which we've not had before. This has meant better forecasting for the company and better ways to manage project budget.

Nothing. I really like the tool and am satisfied with it.

Lovely project management platform that is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the custom reports feature and building dashboards that suit our business needs. This enhancement made it easy to use the product for our BI intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I love that it integrates with so many other tools that we use. Maybe they can add more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for core project management work. Our project leads, and other stakeholders login to this platform.
Rocketlane has been great for our PSA business
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Rocketlane for over 1.5 years now. I like the view that lets me know about the project health and its forecast. This helps us manage our customer relationship effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Unlike other tools I've used before there are no hidden costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our project management workflows and gives us a view into business forecast.
Rocketlane - Efficient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The user Interface is really amazing. I use timesheet functinality on a daily basis to record my tasks and it's really fun to use the platform because of the different functions it has. Especially I love the 'Add from Calendar' feature, it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was new to the platform,it took me a lot of time to understand all the features and functions it has. I had to google many things which consumed a lot of time.
It would be great if there were some video tutorials or handbooks about the platform.

Daily utilisation is tracked very well and it becomes easy to share and get approval as everything is streamlined in the platform. So activities like time tracking, task management are handled well using rocketlane.
