Excellent and user friendly application that's a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane helps me manage my team, projects and expenses. We used to manage these using spreadsheets before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. I'm happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses it to manage pipeline and has full visibility of it. Pipeline forecasting helps us plan for the future.

Best project tracking and collaboration solution
What do you like best about the product?
I collaborate with customers using inbuilt chat and track projects, tasks, resources and deadlines from the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I really liked the product and it catered to all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our post sale workflows are handled inside the product. Once a sale is made, we use Rocketlane for the rest of our customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The resource management and timesheet capabilities are best in class. Really outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some reports that we could not get from the platform. However the onboarding team wrote some scripts for us to get the data out of their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified view of our CRM, Project management and PSA makes this a one stop solution for us. Finance, resources are no longer in different places. We've stopped using spreadsheets to do any of this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Resource management view that provides an overview of people and projects. The insights from the reporting are also very valuable. I use Rocketlane everyday and don't use it enough!

I can't think of anything I diskliked. Rocketlane has met our every professional services needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful and intutive tool help manage our projects and help things track easily.
I use it everyday to track my project activities. The implementation process was seamless and support from the Rocketlane team with the help of their CSM was also very proactive and they were easy to approach.

Our revenue generated is linked with projects, tasks and the timesheets that are filled in Rocketlane. This makes the invoicing customers very easy and seamless.

Not much to be critical about. Great product. The support team is responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the modern look and feel of the product. The entire team uses it.

Not much. Their support and onboarding are their strongpoint.
