Rocktelan is a professional platform for Project Managment, Resource Allocation and timesheets
What do you like best about the product?
I like Rockletane UI and the the flexibile enough to make changes

I don't have anything for now. May be the products updates as coneveyed exclusively to the Users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rockletane is used to manage Utilization and resource allocation and mainly for Project Management
RL is really good and handy

the left hand tabs which are the shortcut for day to day business

It could be more colorful and more attractive

All my work is tracked systematically which helps me avoid manual work

Nothing is wrong with Rocket Lane for the functions I use

Easy to use tool and gives a good overview of project status
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to filter out project with various stages, and customisation of the project objectives, assignment of project activities to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It currently doesnt have the ability to mark all stages of a project as completed. I have to individually mark all as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of the presales team, and we track the number of deals a presales consultant is currently working on and their stage in the POC process.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this portal to organize and track projects. Each time I need a feature their support has been very helpful in figuring out how to make an automation that achieves what we need. We track IT projects for over 100 clients in this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the automations are a bit confusing to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the project tracking problem. It is allowing us to better track the project and communication associated.

I think RocketLane is perfect the way it is.

It is solving our project organzation. It keeps us accountable for all of our projects and makes sure we meet deadlines.

Its pretty clear to follow up and leave notes to approvers

at the beginning seems to be difficult but quickly changes your mind and its comfortable to navigate between menus

Project Management organization and project tracking. Coordination with Finance and Salesforce and uniformization of information across platforms.
East to use Time management and Reporting product
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use UI. The UI for Times sheets review and approval is prety easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, but I would like to enhance the reporting features. The reporting format and scope(projects) should be available at the user level and thus reduce the dependencies on admin.

I am able to track the time of my team and so can control the resource availability/allocation and overall cost allocations.
Comprehensive, Intuitive and all tools required for project management in a single application

Resource Management included in the same application

Interface to build reports, needs to be more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to keep a single point of communications related to projects, to use wisely the time of SME in projects, avoiding wasting their time or overbooking them, making easier reporting, just sharing with customer or stakeholders the RL portal avoiding time invested in create additional status reports.
