What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Rocketlane is how it brings project management, collaboration, and customer communication into a single platform. It improves visibility across teams, streamlines workflows, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time. The client-facing features also make it easy to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

So far so good & am waiting for some features for admins like - login as a user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane solves several key problems around project delivery and customer onboarding. Before using it, teams often struggle with scattered tools, poor visibility into project progress, and misalignment between internal teams and customers. This can lead to delays, miscommunication, and inconsistent delivery experiences.
Intuitive and Collaborative Project Management with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
I like Rocketlane's simple UI and collaborative features. The weekly updates are great and tagging teammates in tasks is super handy. Updating tasks is easy with simple options to update progress and completion. The spotlight feature is useful for calling out risk and getting attention without having to follow up with task owners, since I can just tag them in Rocketlane itself. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for now, I am happy with what all feature there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane simplifies project planning and scheduling while informing leadership on updates. I like the easy task updates, simple progress tracking, and the ability to tag team members. Spotlighting risks without needing to follow up adds value.
Modern UI, But Support and Usability Quirks Hold Rocketlane Back
What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks nice and modern. Many items are laid out in a logical manner which can make navigation a little easier for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found the support experience can be frustrating. There are a number of UI quirks that don’t feel logical or intuitive.
When I raise these concerns, they don’t seem very receptive and instead respond with some version of “that’s just how the program works.” That’s discouraging, because the issues I’ve escalated are genuine pain points that negatively affect usability and make Rocketlane harder to use.

Rocketlane allows us to track our projects and their progress all in one platform. Instead of having to check multiple places for notes, updates, files, and other details, it provides a centralized space to keep everything together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Rocketlane for its ease of use and functionality, which helps keep projects on track and ensures nothing is forgotten. The customization of tasks is great, and the platform allows me to share and chat with customers and internal staff, keeping communication effective and projects moving smoothly. This also helps me stay on top of things and complete tasks faster, making small mistakes less common. I appreciate the ability to stay actively engaged in every project, as well as the support from the Rocketlane team during our transition.

Times, there may be a slowest issue, but that's like many apps out there. This is nothing too specific to them.

Rocketlane helps keep projects on time, ensures critical milestones aren't missed, allows task assignment to the right people, and enables customers to track project progress. It facilitates communication with clients, aids in task customization, and keeps project information from being forgotten.
Effortless Team Management with Minimalist Design
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Rocketlane's clean design that helps in managing teams, tasks, timecard submissions, and leaves without scattering across multiple tools. I like the simplicity in design and the fact that there's no learning curve, which makes it really easy to get started. I also enjoy the minimalism aspect for PSA management, which is critical for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to more automations and integrations with Rocketlane. It would be great if it could work as an alternative to task list tools by automatically creating tasks via email, for example.

Rocketlane lets me track tasks and manage my time and team with its clean design. It eliminates the need to use multiple tools by centralizing team and project management.

It helps me track the progress of the implementation projects I’m handling. I like the flexibility to add notes, personalize my view, and clearly see what I’m missing in the process by sending notifications of past due tasks.

It helps keep everything on track, and it makes it clear exactly what I need to follow up on with customers.
User-Friendly with Room for Analytical Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I find Rocketlane to be very structured in tracking time and efforts, which complements the working utilization data I capture within Sprinklr. It makes it easier to see how my time is spread across different customers and projects, and helps me understand my engagement efforts at a high level. I also appreciate Rocketlane's dedicated project section that allows me to input the number of hours invested into each project and add my notes. It's intuitive and user-friendly, much more so than Salesforce, which is why my team switched to it. Despite the initial training, it is easy to use, with even basic one-pager details being enough to understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Rocketlane is more manual compared to any dedicated utilization tools. Sometimes it's also less insightful when it comes to detailed effort analysis. For example, there are times where I have to do enhanced reporting on utilization trends, real-time capacity insights, and to see at the end of the month how much of my time is left with each customer. The reporting and analytics capabilities of Rocketlane are not full-fledged and not very insightful. So, I sometimes have to use Excel to customize my utilization and create tailored reports for my leadership.

I use Rocketlane to track project timelines, tasks, and delivery progress. It allows me to log time, track efforts, and provide detailed notes to managers. I can manage my engagement effort clearly across projects, enhancing visibility into how my time is distributed.
Rocketlane Makes Timesheets Fast and Easy with Teams Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Using Rocketlane has reduced the time I spend on timesheet submissions each week. The product is easy to use, and its multiple functions make it simple to submit my timesheet and integrate with my Teams calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t personally encountered any drawbacks with this product. Overall, its performance and ease of use are well above any previous tools we’ve used for this purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m seeing better time-management data for projects, and more teams are using the timesheet functionality than before. Previously, some teams weren’t using our tools for this purpose because the earlier tool was difficult to understand. Rocketlane is so user-friendly that more team members are now using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rocketlane is pretty friendly and simple to use. I love that I can use the mobile app and have my templates for all of my different types of projects. It's great to be able to just get in there and modify things like dates, tasks, and milestones. What I've loved the most is that Rocketlane is pretty user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I'm doing my timesheets, there's no way for me to expand the name of the project, so I have to try to figure out what the name of the project is because all of my projects are named similarly. On the mobile app, they all show up cutoff, so I cannot confirm which project I'm choosing my time sheets for. I would say that's the only thing.
