As QA tester i assign taks very easy and tracking all my issues here
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking very easily and described your work in timesheet for week or Month so that management will know how much work has progressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it lags when there are too many tasks on the screen. The page may not load and I'll need to refresh it. This only happens on our large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage our time and track our projects

Rocketlane provides us with the ability to assess our incoming workload and optimise the resources that we allocate for the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't have any dislikes right now.

What do you like best about the product?
I've had a positive experience and my work is easier to perform everyday. The perfect tool for a program manager like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool slows down after using it for a couple of days. I usually have to restart my browser.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track project status, monitor timesheets that are filled, and ensure people stay on task. As a manager it makes my life easier.

I do not have any dislike right now. I've used the software for 8 months.

A top project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates seamlessly with Google Apps. The spaces import existing documents allowing for easy syncing of tasks. There is also a native integration with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration went out of sync and I had to re-initiate it this one time.

Integrating with core services in google workspace to allow me to keep all relevant documents together
Best PSA and resourcing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a resource manager with 12 years of experience. We adopted Rocketlane to get a comprehensive overview of our department's capacity. The results have far exceeded our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is the key tool you need to up your resourcing game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capacity of teams from many departments is determined through Rocketlane. The custom reporting helps us visualise this.
Our utilisation went through the roof
What do you like best about the product?
We always had issues with where our most key people were spending their time and others were being underutilized. Resource management was a problem. Rocketlane fixed it with their AI. We now optimise by margin or utilisation. It's like magic!

The tool is great. There are minor bugs but it's acceptable.

The CRM integration is what gives the most benefit. We don't have to create projects manually anymore,

What do you like best about the product?
We've discovered significant value in sharing and later removing information and files from projects. It kept the whole project organised.

Time and expense reporting could be easier to configure
