NorthPass is highly capable with extreme responsiveness to its customers.
What do you like best about the product?
NorthPass' flexibility and capabilities in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. NorthPass has exceeded expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NorthPass is developing a LMS for our online certification program and NorthPass has shown consistency in it's customer service.
Easy to setup, lots of options to enhance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is built with customer education in mind, so it is easy to deploy to an external audience. They also have a comprehensive Salesforce integration, which allows us to combine learner data with customer data in the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the lesson types and types of quiz questions. The in-app analytics aren't terrific, but we're getting around that through SFDC integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a customer-facing platform that allowed us to surface our learning content in an easy-to-discover way, but also gave us options on who would see each course (i.e. gating).
Solid LMS with good customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizations and analytics Skilljar provides. With the code snippets feature, I can usually suit the interface to fit our audience's needs. There are also good integrations with Credly and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that SCORM content could open in a new window and still be tracked. There are also some challenges with separating data across multiple domains. I would like to see these fixes prioritized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilljar is improving its analytics and is also offering more ways to customize and automate user interactions. The developer template database has grown and provides a lot of help with custom code.
Great tool for organizations at any level!
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly platform that allows scalablity for many organizational needs for internal and external customer growth. Their product is designed for their customers and it shows in their product delivery and support around their customers' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say to dislike. Like all technology tools, there are learning curves around knowing how to utilize it to the full potential. They do have great learning modules on their tool and they make them accessible to all of their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting the internal compliance needs for our company and allowing us to reach out customer's needs in a scalable and profitable way.

From onboarding to implementation to regular platform use, the support from the Skilljar team is unmatched. They help provide valuable solutions and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Wish there was more support around the customization of design when hosting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilljar has allowed us to gather and review valuable insights on our content that was unavailable through other platforms.
Set-up took longer than expected but it was absolutely worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support rolling out the platform, particularly from Logan, our Customer Implementations Manager. It is also an excellent interface, very user-friendly, and we have received great responses from our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say. The only thing that took longer than expected was setting up our Single Sign-on and groupings for different user groups, which was essential for the rollout of our Academy.

Creating modular training material that can be easily updated and created by the commercial team. Using SSO to connect users to the content relevant to their setup

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process, it was very well structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very complicated although it was communicated well.

It decreases the time spent on training for my team.
Good and (hopefully) Heading Toward GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar has a lot of good features that make managing your education experience easy, especially after the initial setup. We can easily manage our live and self-paced training offerings from a central place, track our learners progress, get data for our leadership team, and create a cute, branded experience for our customers to immerse themselves in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of good features that are just missing some extra cherry-on-top functionality. My main gripes are currently slated to be potentially worked on, but I'll mention them regardless - lack of multi-day live events, navigation is wonky and hard to find certain settings, lack of easy customization for the web side of things and for the lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Education is paramount to customer success. Skilljar enables us to quickly and easily get customers into our learning experiences. It also helps us train our internal employees.
simple, good and functional
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is really good, the platform is good but it has some limitations that can be compensated by using third party integrations. Their roadmap is good and I can see that they listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are a bit limited, and some tasks need a lot of manual work. The good thing. is that their technical team is open to feedback, and sometimes they can take over some of these tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we were going to use it just for customer training, but it's so good and user friendly that we decided to use it for partner training and employee training
Well executes, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI and monthly connections with the rep to clear any roadblocks faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing of courses is a bit too tedious and involves many steps.

The problem of reporting has been made easy with in-depth insights from Skilljar.
