Easy to use and great user experience

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to learn and there are great resources (academy, help center, support team, CSM). The product has great reporting, easy to set up integrations, and great UI for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin tasks can be tedious. There are also some limitations with automated emails and course structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily build a complex and pretty-looking user academy with minimal technical resources on our end.

Top notch LMS system

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track client engagement with courses using their Analytics to drill down into participation. Great flexibility when setting up branded Academy web pages, using tagging to group course types.

Post-course survey responses, created in Skilljar prove invaluable in providing course back feedback and success stories to Management.

Dedicated support from our dedicated Customer Success Manager, provides ongoing support and suggestions for increasing client engagement and marketing strategies for our courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always intuitive, and there's a lot to learn about this program, however, this is where the support of our CSM comes into their own providing customized support.

Also as our courses are created in Articulate, we need to edit HTML code when uploading courses, however, Skilljar support were great in working with us to create a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilljar allows us to give new and potential clients direct access to marketing strategies, and onboarding online learning, without the need of manually registering delegates that some other systems require.

Great tool for building a customer-facing learning Academy

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a course or a certification is super easy. Looking up course completion data is super easy. With a little bit of developer help, you can get the home page customised and take the learning hub live pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not extensive. Authentication options are limited as well. Integrations aren't too many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass helped me create a customer-facing learning hub that would serve to help them understand the product better and stay engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass can build me almost anything I need.So many systems I've worked with and looked at won't go past what they already do. This makes your system quickly outdated. Northpass is always looking to improve their system. They have the greatest support team, developers, and CSM's!
What do you dislike about the product?
We want more built,but there is never enough time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing branding customization, great course flow, solid user experience, some cool built-in features, and so much desire from Northpass to continually improve and meet our needs as our organization changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan for additional budget because once they build the original, you'll want more!

What do you like best about the product?
How you can create easy visibility for leaders to see who has completed trainings and who hasn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems more user friendly if you linking documents from Gsuite but not so much for Microsoft

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is fantastic, responsive and open to product suggestions/improvements. Launching with Northpass has been a huge step forward for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always more features that can be added, but even "problem" areas have been easily addressed with the support team and the product is continually improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering engaging content to a broad audience of customers and employees, as well as customizing user experience across our learning groups.

Overall great LMS and innovating to become better

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to design custom courses, learning paths, and live trainings makes it a versatile and flexible LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rich text editor is not very robust. Ability to customize the overall design is lacking. Communication features are limited and a bit convoluted. Integrations to allow more automation, like automatic enrollment/graduation/certificate awarding. More integration with billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass has allows our product to become more automated and professional, thus improving our sales and overall client satisfaction. It has provided more organization to our internal education, as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, both for Admins and end users. The interface is attractive. There are lots of content types. Overall, we are very happy with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes for Northpass. I use the platform daily and have had very little issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients work in an industry that is currently facing staffing issues. Therefore, it is difficult for managers and owners to permit staff to complete training during working hours. Our self-paced eLearning courses enable participants to complete training at a time and location that suits them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Northpass is very instinctive and reliable. The team is great, always on hand if required. We have had a very enjoyable experience with Northpass.

Easy implementation and reliable software

What do you like best about the product?
Admin dashboard is simple and easy to use for building the basics of a customer education program, and you get good support from the implementation manager. I also like their own Academy and Help center, which offer good guidance and help on specific topics. SSO login was a must for us, and implementing that went smoothly with the help of Skilljar team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the visual design of the site, the platform could offer more configurability and templates. Also more ways of customizing the experience for an individual learner would make a difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve product adoption, standardize and automate our online training, and reduce the need for instructor lead trainings. We have been able to build a good foundation for our online training program and have received positive feedback from our customers and users.

What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar is extremely easy to use. We were able to create new courses quickly, deploy them to employees and partners, and garner feedback that has been used to shape our enablement team's focus for 2022.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lesson editor gives you the basics to create your lesson content. If you want anything more than text formatting, code snippits, images, or lists you'll need to know HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. It's great that the source code options are there, but I'd like to see more built in (or copy and pasteable) elements. Things like collapsible sections and layout templates could take make a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enabling our customers, partners, and employees to get up to speed on our product. We've already been told by some of our delivery teams that we've significantly sped up the onboarding of their resources.
