Great vendor partner relationship
What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar's platform is great to integrate with other tools in a tech stack such as SFDC, BI tools, etc. Also, their customer success team is amazing and truly acts as a partner that truly cares about your programs success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot to dislike. But, one area that could be strengthens more is Skilljar's relationship with vendors via integrations. Current integrations are good but not great. As Education professionals we have to prove value to stakeholders, so having Skilljar have deeper integrations with other systems would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to tie what a learner does in the LMS to what they do in our own company's platform. By educating our learners and baving all trainings ran out of the LMS the data becomes more accurate to rely on.

Nothing at all. Stay the same. Keep doing what your doing.

Standardization of processes and ease of course updates.
Great new features
What do you like best about the product?
Skilljar rolled out some exciting new features and are bringing more and more innovative features. Their support is responsive and helpful. Our CSM has helped us connect with the resources we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some confusion around metrics for a new feature but have figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are delivering live and on demand learning as well as certifications. We can show what a huge difference our education program makes in increased revenue and net users.

The conference has been very informational and engaging.

I'm still learning so am not sure of any downsides!

What do you like best about the product?
Gainsight Customer Education provides a user friendly LMS experience with the freedom to create and scale learning programs the way we want. Ultra-fast authoring and intelligent administration, along with integrated learning experiences. Plus, responsive support. The ability to build on-demand training and use the content as needed i.e., internal training for employees, onboarding, etc. Also, the ability to create specific courses that tailor to specific roles and groups is helpful. I also appreciate the integration features such as, hubspot, iorad, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live Training Events is an aspect platform that I would like to see enhancements made, specifcially with increased adminstrator customization abilities.

Positive Support and Service
What do you like best about the product?
For the three years that we have worked with Northpass we have appreciated the dedicated support and professional technical assistance provide to our team
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any concerns because once we have a question or want to add a new capability to our program, we reach out to our assigned technical resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have added new products to our training program and have connected our customized database to allow for an easy registration and test-taking process.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service, support, easy to use platform, customizable, integrates with various applications, automation capabilities, analytics, metrics and the employees. Skilljar is the best LMS out there!

There really isn't anything to dislike about Skilljar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of menial operational tasks to shift to bigger priorities. Building a learning academy, certification program, skill based learning paths. Some benefits is the capability to integrate with various other applications and customizing features.
A great experience to build an education program from the ground up.

The platform is very user-friendly and does not require specialized technical knowledge, which enabled me to focus primarily on strategy and content development rather than the technicalities of the platform.
Skilljar also provided timely, informed support throughout my implementation and beyond, to make the experience as easy as possible for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
The (very few) problems I have with the platform seem to be more specific to my organization's structure -- our user segmentation structure is fairly complex, and that has resulted in more manual work than I'd like in order to restrict access appropriately for each new client that we onboard. But it's an understandable technical limitation, and the Implementation team did a great job of talking me through my options to find the best possible fit.

This platform has enabled us to better provide learning on-demand, as well as to provide more curated learning pathways. We also have much more insight into student activity through Skilljar's reporting than we ever had in our Help Center.
