Quick Response Times
What do you like best about the product?
Their resolution times are within the day. I can post a question into the inquiry and get a response within the hour or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the FAQ's aren't helpful, which is why I have to post an inquiry to an actual person for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating learning modules that can be used for onboarding new trainees as well as help experienced staff upskill. This saves so much time compared to live manual training especially if the training content remains relatively the same over time.
Its a good system for those who are technical enough

Northpass is a robust, user-friendly LMS with wonderful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Northpass has excellent customer service. They are available almost instantly to help troubleshoot any potential issues and to better understand new site functionality. The site is easy to use as a novice instructional designer or trainer but robust enough to serve a complex business setting like ours. I like that Northpass can seamlessly integrate multiple content types and Scorm packages from different authoring software into a seamless course. The way they have enabled us to create unique learning paths for different clients is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we began using Northpass, the analytics left a little to be desired. They gave us good information as to percentage completed in a course and how long a learner was taking to complete the course, but the information was not specific as it could have been. It did not tell us how much time our learners were spending on particular modules in our courses, where they logged off exdwsactly, and more that we wanted to know. In the past few weeks, however, Northpass has been rolling out new analytics that tell us this information! I now have nothing that I dislike about Northpass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass is the perfect tool to serve our learners. We are able to effectively transition our company from 100% in-person (or remote) trainings and videos to an eLearning program that will reduce our in-person training time by at least 50%. It ultimately saves us time, energy, and company resources to work with Northpass. The clients like the platform, too!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give Northpass a shot! They'll provide a great product and a wonderful customer service to pair with it!

Ease of use. I can reach all employees with an electronic device.

Sometimes it can be difficult for employees to sign into.

I love that the ease and effectiveness of the software allow me and my team to quickly and easily build on-demand training resources for our clients and colleagues.

Really nothing at all, occasionally I do have trouble embedding a video into the training courses but it's most likely user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits that my team has realized include the ability to deliver a custom training plan in a timely fashion that is trackable, involves engagement through quizzes and homework, and is simple to replicate.
It solves the problem of needing to customize highly specific training resources without having the time to delegate it to a marketing or development department.

Northpass is a great platform for our learners to go through their Modules and for us to operate.

Nothing. It's simple, quick and efficient.

Fewer videos complaints from Learners. Easy to be managed

I would recommend it for sure! You'll not regret it! It's easy, simple, and efficient.
Northpass is a great LMS! Highly recommended.
What do you like best about the product?
Northpass makes my life as a Client Success Manager immeasurably better. Being able to redirect my client end-users to our companies LMS (hosted by Northpass) saves me hours in training which I would otherwise have to host/run directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Northpass has to do more with how our organization provides end-users with access to our academy. I wish I could just link to a Course or Learning Path directly, however, our organization requires users to log into their portal (our companies software) in order to access our Northpass Academy. It's really not a huge blocker, and the issue is worth the measures we've put into place for secure access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass is providing our company with a streamlined and easy-to-use LMS, giving time back to our Client Facing IC's (Support Team, Implementation Team, Client Success Team, etc.)

If you need a Learning Management System that checks all the boxes, Northpass is for you.

That when a course is reset we lose all data of people who had previuolsy completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual training and monitoring for PT staff. Very easy for staff to access and complete. Simple reporting to help us track progress.
Not for Corporate LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Good customer service and instant updates to data and courses on the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited in reporting customizabity. Reports do not always reflect the most recent data.

We have realized the benefits of a strong reporting system.
Ease of access to training via Northpass
What do you like best about the product?
The landing page is simple. My team can easily identify any pending or incomplete courses. The convenience for my employees of being able to pick up from the point in a course where they had to stop. This cuts down on time to complete because they do not have to click through a bunch of pages to find where they left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful in the quizzes, if a question was answered incorrectly, there was a link that allowed the employee to go directly to the page where the topic was covered. This way, they could review the material immediately and focus on the subject that needed further training.

We are using Northpass to help train employees working remotly.
