Not much to dislike but the source to learn sdl tridion is very limited

Please use the best CRM tool of the market. Also if you want syndication out of the box just go for it.

Blueprinting and reusability. The content delivery architecture in sdl sites is awesome. Revamped sdl docs

Licensce cost, availability to all people who are interested

Dynamic link, dynamic pages, utilities using core services and gui extension

What do you like best about the product?
Blue printing is the most helpful thing in tridion.
Most useful options are like Blueprinting, localising, Structure group etc

Needs to restart the services while running some heavy jobs. Needs performance improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best thing is to manage the multi lingual content easily. Role management give then control of changes.
It gets the work done efficiently but it is not too user friendly or intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
SDL tiridion is properly structured, efficient and straight forward. It is easy to learn and has the required functionality to run an e-commerce website with multiple of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not highly user friendly. Feels too bookish to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tridion helps in the e-commerce Website Content Updates for a sports retail giant. Updates on the homepage, product description page & product listing pages. From the text to images to video, content is easily updated using SDL Tridion. Images that are on the cloud can also be updated using Tridion.

It works well for an international sports brand and should work well for smaller brands as well.
one of the best CMS , easy to create,update,publish, unpublish global or local level contents.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create websites with multiple language and can be accessed by multiple channel. Content versioning, translation management,brand management and multi channel marketing becomes very easy with SDL tridion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about SDL tridion but It is a bit costly compared to other CMSs but affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple benefits, eg: provides reliable, scheduled content distribution to all web servers, communication module provides easy to track the performance of our webpages, automate website archiving process,deliver a consistent, interactive and highly targeted customer experience in multiple languages , easy to create page or components based on certain schema and many more.

It is best and easy to use CMS available in the market and basically for those who knows content is critical business asset.
It made making components veru easy as it supports a variety of platforms

Sometimes it gets a bit confusing since we deal with multiple components

Separation of responsibilities of developer and content editor and possibilities of having dynamic content. Flexible deployment option supporting Agile

Blueprint heirarchy complexity at editor level

Instead of having content written in code, can have dynamic content in different languages using reusable and translation level publications and quick update
