What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and reliable and for a first time user this is important

Minor bugs sometimes and delays with loading pages

Audit documentation. Ease of tracking and managing requests and SOX controls
Good tool for new and experienced users
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva allows flexibility in reporting. It allows multiple users to access and simultaneously use the worksheets and documents. The new user training is very simple, as it is similar to word and excel
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the icons are a little confusing and does not expand with browser percentage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Workiva is the ease of collaboration and being able to communicate with team members within the application. Generally, customer support has been a positive experience and the user guides make learning new aspects easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspect of the certification process are a bit more manual than I would expect. It can be difficult to determine what the platform can do (I don't know what I don't know).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate and use. I enjoy how fields are set up and auto-populate which make it easier and more efficient to complete certain work. Being able to notate workpapers inside of the application makes reviews a breeze!!

In some areas it could be more visually appealing.

funcitonality offering in GRC such as the ability to annotate within the documents

It can be difficult to navigate to somone new to the program

Workiva is going to help us with executing SOX testing within one platform
Our company has used Workiva for years and continues to expand our uses of the tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is inctredibly user friendly. It was incredibly easy to install and we always have great and immediate customer support interraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see Workiva further develop and expand their risk assessment abilities so that we could replace our current GRC tool with Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The expanded use of AI and the ability to integrate that technology in an efficient and effective manner will pay dividends for us in the future.

Ablility to use most of our Audit work (Testing, Narratives, SOC reports) in one software. Makes approval process and reviewals much easier.

When there is an update, I can't always go back and view the version before the update.
