    What do you like best about the product?
    The Workiva application has a user-friendly interface and strong collaboration capabilities, along with workflow automation, audit trails that support transparency, and solid data management and reporting features. Users appreciate being able to create multiple reports from a single source of data, the ease of configuration, and the seamless integration with enterprise systems. The platform’s real-time collaboration tools, validation checks, audit trails, and user access controls are especially valued because they help reduce manual work and errors, while keeping information current and consistent across linked documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Workiva has limited functionality compared with Excel features. It also has a steep learning curve and does not allow users to edit and work on existing Microsoft documents, requiring users to create new spreadsheets instead.

    The Workiva application is helping us keep all SOX control-related sign-offs, the control framework, audit logs, and related documentation in one place. This is very useful during audits and external review meetings.
