What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reduce time in the papers of the audits
Great platform for prodn of 10Q/K/LE financials - can't imagine doing this on any other platform
What do you like best about the product?
All numbers in the Workiva doc could be linked to the Workiva spreadsheets which in-turn are linked to the underlying support. Supports audit requirements - internal, external and SOX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be more regular sessions with Workiva to create awareness of new products and services and enhancements.

Workiva makes testing and control evaluation easy for me and my team
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Even if you have not training of the platform you can generally and quickly figure things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really more about the people using the system being ready or not that causes problems and I think Workiva needs to help me at implementation to be more mindful of that. I have implemented workiva when our documentation was not ready so we configured risk assements that were very difficult ot unravel and at another company we made sure our manual processes were simplified before hand and it made the platform so much better to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting us out of using complicated spreadsheets, helping with version controls and making things better for review.

It is comprehensive and easy to learn, which aids in the implementation and evangelization of audit best business practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
For tool report updates you need to submit a ticket.

Have been using Workiva for about 1 yr and so far everything has been going well
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting for our exams has been easier since we have starting the program. Our primary support contact has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was difficult due to the type of work that we do. Clearview assisted with implementation but did not always know how to get it to do what we needed and left several things unfinished

has streamlined our process of getting information from review to final write-up.

What do you like best about the product?
Alot of great things! Love the UI, very easy to find things and navigate the site. Very easy to implement and the customer support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to more of the AI features coming soon

Workiva assists our team with financial reporting. This helps us provide financials to all investors in a timely manner.

I wish the process tasks included the ability to comment without the task for SEC Advance like it does for the ESG platform.
Also, I wish the historical roll forward allowed you to preselect what you want to roll forward vs defaulting to all and you have to reject the track change in each section.

What do you like best about the product?
Workvia integrates the data from our ERP seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tie-out function is one of the more difficult functionalities of the system. Additionally, it would be helpful if the customer support could be reached more easily by phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps to streamline financial reporting and provides a seamless way to publish to the SEC with little to no error. Additionally, they have made the move to EDGAR Next easy and doable.
