User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The app is user-friendly with clear communication and seamless process flows. It’s been easy to use and helpful so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any negative feedback at this time. I’ve only used the app for two days, but my initial experience has been smooth and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to a large group of people can be challenging, but it is an important aspect of effective communication. Ensuring that everyone receives the message clearly and efficiently requires careful planning and the right tools.
Effective for Compliance, Needs Speed Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and platform design of Workiva. It really helps with doing our control testing and gives us a place to store all of the documentation, which is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too slow sometimes and the forms don't appear at times and also the testing status should have its own filter. You should be able to do bulk request send outs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva for testing controls, substantive testing, and tracking. The UI and platform design help store all documentation effectively.
Exceptional Customer Support for SEC Filings
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also use their customer support service every time I file an SEC document. They’re consistently knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the customer service wait time can be up to 30 minutes when calling by phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps companies monitor their teams' work and use documents as a repository. This makes it easier to keep everything organized and accessible.
Intuitive Cloud Tool, But XBRL Formatting Can Be Confusing

Fairly intuitive use and icons. Cloud based tool.

Deep formatting requirements and confusing XBRL often.

Potential use for statutory and carve-out audit usage. Expansion into non-core reporting areas less helpful.

I use Workiva for annual and sustainability reports. It solves tracking edits and deletions efficiently.

User-friendly UI. Multiple teams can use it at the same time. Data privacy is great!

Nothing! Sometime it takes a little time to load.

Effective CSRD Module, But Customer Service Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The CSRD module proved helpful in overseeing both the processes and results of the double materiality assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have found the customer service response to my questions and the resolution of issues to be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is essential that all details of a CSRD aligned double materiality assessment are captured and organized properly, both for audit purposes and for the purposes of building the CSRD report. The CSRD module within Workiva provided a useful framework for managing those details.

one stop shop for our risks, rcsa reviews, issue management and testing

limitations on editing forms that prevents this tool from being as seemless as possible

it provides a tool to centralize our data and report out on a global basis
