Great to share information
What do you like best about the product?
The support from the developers and CSMs are great and ease the implementation process. The support continues after onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access provisioning process seem cumbersome. But maybe Im still new to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a firm we now have a hive between controls management , audit, SEC and risk management. This makes information sharing easy. Combined assurance is live
Great Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool can be used as a collaboration tool for different parties, as well as work together on the same file at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are working closely with external parties and have high risk controls, it is hard to find the way on how to manage all the risks and accesses to all different clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end process in one place = financial reporting from initial statutory account preparation to the filing with statutory regulators.

Workiva is intuitive, reliable and supports auch collaboration.

Some features are still missing, but the team is conntiuously on improving the experience.

The greatest solution for Financial and non/financial, ESG and Risk Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
By using Workiva you get a cloud based solution where you can add several members to the different workspaces and work wherever and whenever in the world. There are so many great features to work with and the platform is very simple and easy to both navigate inside and work with, meaning you will learn the system very quickly. You also have direct access to Help/Support functions/articles/chat etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Design function could maybe be improved due to clients using external designers outside of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can have everything in the platform, so e.g., the whole Annual and ESG report combined.
Workiva Simplifies Reporting Work
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing with Workiva is that it is cloud-based which makes it very easy to keep track on all changes made as well as it benefits collaboration in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside with Workiva is that it is not easy to do the exact design of your Annual Report that you are used to have.

It is making the financial and sustainability reporting process more automated and faster.

Good experience with a clear platform
What do you like best about the product?
I used Workiva for a short time last year when I worked at a startup. The interface was very clear and easy to understand once I learned it. It helped me complete two important tasks: first, I used it to prepare an ESG report faster by connecting data from different places into one file. Second, I used it to work with my team on an internal audit report — we could all edit at the same time, which saved us a lot of back and forth. Overall, it made my work easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to understand how to set up the connections between data and documents. After I got used to it, it was much better, but it was not super easy at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helped me save time by putting all the data in one place and making it easy to work with my team. Before, it was hard to collect information from different systems and update everything by hand. With Workiva, I could connect the data and update reports faster, with fewer mistakes. It also made teamwork much easier because we could all edit documents at the same time.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality within Workiva and the fact that all of the modules we use within the solution are relatively intuitive to use. We have expanded the users within our organization, and even outside of our organization to some of our partners, and the feedback we receive is positive. Our team has found efficiencies by implementing additional functionality within the solution, and we have continued to build out our usage of Workiva modules over time. I appreciate that Workiva has not over-engineered the product and keeps it user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we have had on rare occassions is timely support - and I believe it is due more to volume and timing for the Workiva team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has helped us solve some automation and efficiency challenges we previously had based on our prior dependence on Excel. Additionally, the linkage functionality within the reporting module has allowed for more timely updates to our filings.
