Overall good, however there is room for improvement

The possibility to share information across different functional areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool is primarily US based, and when it comes to EU there is missing functionality i.e. to handle self assesments for larger clients.

Creating an overview across functional areas.

the data in one tool is giving al lot good things

Mainly that everything is connected so changes are automatically updated everywhere

It takes a lot of time to set everything up

especially the automation and linking of evertyhing which will safe time when an update is necessary

it's a single platform where we can have our SEC reporting, SOX and Internal Audit all in one.

due to copyrights, there are no excel, etc for our usage and tables were created instead which is sometimes abit of an inconvenient when we are too use to excel functions.

single source of truth and it's very easy to maintain data accuracy as there's linkages all around.

With Wdesk by Workiva, we have been able to push out global controls to our organisation which would have been a challenge without the Workiva platform. It has changed the way the wider business view gotrols on a local and global scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited downside. Can't wait for some of the new fatures to be released.

Providing a single source of truth for controls across our business, and granting audit access to documentation and evidance at teh touch of a button
Simple but intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is easy to use and intuitive. It comes off as difficult to pick up the various features initially but by using the platform repeatedly, one understands how the different components come together as one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I could term as dislike but from the ESG perspective there is a lot of scope for improvement. To state a few, it would be helpful to have a bulk Connect to a source metric. When a table has multiple fields to be connected to, it becomes time consuming to connect each value to a metric individually

Workiva is a one stop solution that brings together various sources of data into one platform that allows to analyze, process and report data efficiently.
