What do you dislike about the product?
could focus more on needs of reporting teams in terms of data analytics
low level of localization in EU, Afrika, MEA
not integrated into digital reporting solutions on country level
could consolidate and share more insights (like in ESG space), but in statutory FR use case

What do you like best about the product?
Establish a complete overview of the sustainability reporting requirements and manage data collection
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and onboarding of new users to a new tool can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps mange last mile reporting in an efficiently and improve collaboration in the process.
Amazing potential
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collect data from various sources is in my opinion a unique selling point for Workiva. They are unbeaten in 'last mile reporting'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making the (inevitable) comparison to Microsoft office products like Excel and Word, in my opinion some core functionality is still missing (f.e. Pivot tables or replace all).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, workiva addresses the huge uncertainly that currently lives in the ESG reporting space. Being one of the first (if not the first) to integrate data collection, ESRS standards and reporting.
Excellent experience and time saving application
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has helped us with automating our stay reporting process saving us a ton of time having to make the reports manually. It has streamlined our data collection and verification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is cloud based there can be situations where it the save doesn't work.

Making a annual report faster and easier.

The collaborative functions on the Workiva platform is absolutely amazing. I can makes changes to my reports live with key stakeholders involved with incredible smoothness.

Sometimes the platform is slow to respond to updates.

moving from excel to workiva helps us to move faster into our ESG Reporting process
A platform for collaboration and integration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate in one file and having your report and data be located in the same platform is very useful, saves us time and prevents errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple tasks like access management or assigning sections to specific departments is cumbersome. There is a lot of focus on the big picture which is nice but these small tasks actually take up a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the data in one place was an issue; linking of figures is helpful and nice.
