the collusion between the platform and the certifications

the AI functionality can be improved (identify controls within narratives, identify similar/duplicate controls, etc.)

Easy to use. Cloud based and can be used anywhere.

Sometimes just not knowing how best to navigate all the functionality in the platform.

Saving time.
Data is always up to date
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Workiva is how easy it is to use. From day one our team was in Workiva, documenting workpapers rather than working outside the system and importing the data later. And since we are in the system using it daily, our Board and Executive reports are always current.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside to using the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is allowing us to manage our audits and 500+ SOX controls in an efficient mannger. In addition, I have better insight into our data than I ever did before.

Workiva keeps us organized and minimizes our reporting errors with all of the different capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be unclear to me when new products are available for my workspace.

The collaboration options. The linking to allow for a more accurate reporting

There are no pivot tables which creates long formulas to work around as a solution

Workiva makes it easier for our users to work collaboratively on the same projects when dealing with different environments, time zones, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is a great platform as it uses the latest technology to enhance and streamline reporting processes. It is easy to collaborate with team members and allows to track updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some excel features do not currently work in the platform (i.e. replace all).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide consistency across multiple entities with difference regulators.
Intelligent tool that allows us to connect all the data and trust it
What do you like best about the product?
Connection between the Financial and ESG data is the most important thing in Workiva for me. Looking now to the new tools I can say that the AI and the table connection will really support us in the future

Maybe implement a more featured tool to Carbon. Looking for scope 3 I can say that I miss a webpage to train my suppliers and bring them to the same standard as I think for the future of Suzano

We`re still discussing and contracting but for sure I can say that it can help us on the fast development and update of our annual ESG report, which nowadays is fully manual.
