Great collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative capabilities across all teams is invaluable. It's also user friendly and intuitive. Customer support is always available 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant downsides but sometimes features are a little slow to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a collaborative tool that tracks users activities.
Workiva is very intuitive and provides excellent solutions for all aspects of auditing.
What do you like best about the product?
The reviewing aspect of Workiva is the biggest help to my department. This cuts down on review time while remining efficient with testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the file uploads in Workiva do not work due to file size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is solving the issue of asking control owners multiple times for the same documentation. With Workiva we can simply send reminders through the platform.

I like that it is easy to use and update. Even people who have never used it before can easily learn from it as long as they are familiar with any Microsoft products.
I like that the 1800 customer care number is always a real live person that can help or direct me to someone that can. It's never going to put me on hold or continiously redirecting me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is so many updates. It is hard for each company to keep up with the changes and also implement giving the amount of effort and money it takes for change in a company.

Workiva is solving linking and making sure all data is uniformed

The ability to link and streamline alot of processes.
It also reduces alot of manual work, and saves time with some of the features.

Certain things like blacklining, review features or design options when comparing Microsoft Word or Powerpoint falls short to people who are used to using Word or Powerpoint.

Alot of manual updates are removed due to the linking which saves time for the team whenever there is a change that flows through multiple documents.
