Financial reporting platform- ease of use. track changes. blacklines/milestones function. task assignment. linking of documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
PowerPoint presentation fuctionality is a little clunky. Generally, sometimes data lags and requires a full refresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Will soon be integrating our ERP data using wData - this will create a higher level of control, mitigation of risk and wider visibility

It does require a lot of customization unlike some of the competitor products

I like how Workiva is constantly evolving as technology and regulations consistently change.

There are a lot of different features so sometimes it is hard to keep up/make sure you are using the best features for your product output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking and consolidating data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can streamline our documents and automate a lot of things I would otherwise do manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation for each document is a bit cumbersome.

I don't have to manually input numbers in each of our earnings documents.

Workiva is innovative, cool, fancy flatform which promotes collaboration among the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price increase when the license is up for renewal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a really ineffective financial reporting process before. It helps me to crate a better work life balance and also I can work from anywhere.
Financial Reporting Review
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is being able to have all our data consistently linked across financial reports and management presentations. I love how easy it is to view the audit trail for both financial amounts and narratives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that if the internet connection isn't the best, then it makes it hard to access all our data and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time having our source of truth for all our reports to be in one place that multiple parties can access and review.
Faster financials with more accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva helps us file our financials with the SEC in a more efficient way. We're able to link data between locations so we don't have to enter it multiple times. Workiva also makes the SEC filing process easy to do plus they have excellent customer support if any issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with drafting our financial statements with ease and efficiency. We are able to roll forward our financials each quarter and it helps make the process efficient by allowing links of dates and other numbers throughout.
Great product that helps us increase efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The connectiveness allows our team to easily reach out to control owners, update verbiage to the external auditor specifications and create reports and analysis for our board. Without workiva we would have far more issues every quarter but they make it easy for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of menus to click through and some difficulty updating fields quickly.

SOX compliance and reporting, auditing and testing.

Linking through various reporting platforms to end documents ensuring consistency in reporting

Linking with qualitative information sometimes causes formatting issues. We have to export via Word to perform spell/grammar checks

Customer service has always been effective, and the platform evolves with our needs

In line with most software solutions, the ease of use between source data and reporting can be cumbersome

The latest CSRD requirements are being built into the platform.
