What do you like best about the product?
Date collection, workflow, live review/ common amongst my teams

Sometime workiva is offline/ cannot long in and have time lag issues.

What do you like best about the product?
As a partner of the full Workiva suite, our clients are always extemely impressed with the efficiency that Workiva affords them. I also really enjoy working with Workiva.

Nothing comes to mind, I really enjoy working with Workiva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found that our clients use Workiva for a variety of the problems but we have recently had a lot of interest in the new carbon tool

I am a new user and have not had much use case yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are approaching $10B and the solution is providing access to information and development of processes we didn't previously utilize.
Workiva saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva connects all of our underlying data to our key reporting documents. The updates from our underlying files flow through easily and it allows us to focus on the quality and improvement of our documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up time is longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps manage our close efficiently. Changes are processed and updates to key stakeholders can be communicated instantly. Also, it's really easy to manage your pesky auditors and their tie-out questions using the limited starter and viewer feature roles. We created our entire tie-out binder for everyone's viewing pleasure.
Ideal for controllers
What do you like best about the product?
I am so impressed with how Workiva has made reviewing and controls so easy to keep track of. I'm excited for the ESG program and integrating into our work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many functions and not all of them are intuitive. They're all useful but hard to use sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of changes, linking data and ensuring that all data is coming from a source, and when the source is updated, that same number is updated across all documents.
Better than old manual processes but it doesn't have all the features we need.

The best thing about workiva for me is that it reduces manual work that was done previously.

It is hard to keep track of all the new features that come up.
