I love the ease of collaboration and always knowing the data is correct across multiple files.

I dislike that we do no have Workiva Cabron yet at my workplace!

I love how Workiva integrates user friendlyness is top trend technology. They are always looking for ways to have features that helps improving time and efficiency.

There are still some features that I would like to see in the tool. However, I have engage in conversations with Workiva developers to assess if their implementation is feasible or nor

Automation and collaboration
Ease of use and lessen multi-versions debacles

Online, unlimited users, great customer service

It is expensive for smaller businesses, while I would want to integrate multi-modules, but unfortunately without additional team and funding resources, we can only go with minimum needs.

Less version issues, good spell check
The best tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to edit in a designed document, the rigor and controls around data, bringing data and narrative into the same ecosystem and allowing them to speak with one another, autonomy, collaboration with broad range of stakeholders, the partner network. From a company perspective, Workiva is always innovating and being responsive to the challenges we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of turnover and movement of teams. When we feel that we have established a relationship and report with one person, it often changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autonomy of the user, being able to draft, edit and manage data in a designed document.
I like collaboration and control in Workiva
What do you like best about the product?
I like the aspects around collaboration and control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike onboarding users with SSOL. As a vendor, it is a pain to get access to client workspaces using SSOL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva gives us a great way to collaborate with our clients in a controlled environment. It has made communication around edits, updates, and changes, easier.

I like that it has a fully auditable trail and built-in "background" showing who and what information got uploaded when

Not all functionality (like connecting workspaces) is rolled out with new modules right away

Collecting data outside of spreadsheets in an auditable manner!

What do you like best about the product?
Controlled access via permission, linking for data and text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to see all folders,files, and sections that an individual is permissioned to in one interactive screen

Ability to control access for numerous collaborators, sign offs, establishing single sources of truth

The collaboration and customizable permissions.

That's seems like too much to digest at the beginning.

It's solving having one source of truth for our deliverables and given us more control of the output.
