Workiva is great! I love using it for work
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the interface.
I like using it for loading working papers for auditors, and how you can easily tag individuals within the chat.
Our company has started using it for Narratives and the feature for tagging control wording has been very efficient.
The Amplify conference is also amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I wish we could upload larger documents on the platform. For larger documents we save them in a separate cloud. The comment feature makes it easier to link the documents.
- There is a delay in service when communicating with our customer rep.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option to share audit working papers/ testing with internal and external auditors. Ease of updating narratives, and connecting sox controls so that the language updates in all relevant documents, ease of changing control wording.
Workiva is a game changer!

Ability to update all financials if updates are made.

Not being able to load pivot tables or pictures into spreedsheets

What do you like best about the product?
I love the colloabortion space that Workiva provides,

I am hoping Workiva offers the feature where the auditors can easily review our tie out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is allowing us to ensure our document agrees throughout. Ensuring our numbers are consistent.
Workiva works well in a hybrid remote environment across entities.
What do you like best about the product?
working in the internal audit environment allows ease of hybrid review, quick access to testing environment and support. Easy to reference documents, add commentary and I enjoy the connectivity between the different tables such as risk, controls, etc. in being able to update data across fields and areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering data in the recent changes in the control/risk environment is not easy. The AI feature is not clear in the Internal Audit SOX feature. It would be helpful if there were more popups on how and when to use AI. It would also be helpful if the platform offerred suggestions on features which are not used in the platform that are available. Certain flexibility in editing fields is not available which doesn't always make sense.

brand name and finance already uses finance module

Tailored to large companies with large teams with large support for their function. I'm not that.

Prove to board and investors we are taking ESG seriously. Some form of backstop should day of reckoning ever come.
