FAN GIRL!
What do you like best about the product?
Linking and ease to use. So easy to train others in the system and consolidate comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I literally love workiva and have little to nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use and set up with a variety of skill levels. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can connect your EPR system to all different platforms of Workiva

Filing months when everyone is on the platform slows down and it freezes at times

Makes filing our 10Qs and 10Ks with the SEC extremely easy and mistake free. Also love the customer service and the detailed attention we gwt
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the PowerPoint linking/user experience. It's very laggy and not user friendly

Starting to work through AI functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva helped save me so much time from linking all of my data to one source of truth. It helps me spend time reviewing our final product instead of having to manually type in all of the numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how much data you have, it can be a bit slow. I do believe it will get better over time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually input my numbers into a word document and everyone collaborating in one system. I have managed to save so much time not having to worry about incorrectly inputting in financial information and working together with my team.
Solution for driving collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
The application is similar to other cloud solutions with controls built around it. We are now able to submit documents for reviews all in one central place. This limits back and forth with emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UIs can be better. For Fin. Reporting, the features on the rights should have descriptors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us limit email communications that creates issues with version controls. We now perform all of our reviews within the platform that drives more collaboration.
Workiva is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Workiva is the ability to link our financial reporting, internal audit, and ESG reporting functions together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any disklikes at this moment :)

Linkage between FR, SOX, and ESG.

I love the ability to chain link. This provides consistency in my financial reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ablity to have a source of truth. The linking function is great!

The review workflow needs help. It has been a challenge to adapt it to our needs.

Efficiency and source of truth. In the past, we have had to review several aspects of our SOX compliance work manually. Having the source of truth has helped reduce the manual work.
