What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate with team members simultaneously. It cuts down on time spent waiting for workflows to be completed.

It is sometimes difficult to clean up workbooks

SEC and statutory reporting. it is benefitting me by allowing for efficiencies in high stress and high workload times of the year.

managing audit documentation, risk registers, and control testing centralizes in a single platform, enabling real-time updates and version control. This reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and ensures consistency across reports and documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
What is best about Workiva is that not only the platform is reliable but the people behind also embodies it. Our CMS are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The Workiva Community is a gem.

I have not been disappointed so far with using the platform.

Not using an external financial printer to process and file our SEC reports has saved so much time (and money)!

Nothing to dislike! The platform is always evolving to meet user needs.

Coordinating across multiple departments (Legal, Finance, Investor Relations) as part of our SEC and financial reporting processes.
Great Platform to collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It brings in different teams to work collaboratively and gives a sense of common goals. We can also track the progress of our work, audit, SOX testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow certain things to be customized, such as request experience.

GRC and its helping us give one platform to manage it all.
Simplicity at its' Finest
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have cross-functional team collaboration is imperative. From the Consolidation team having the numbers ready and input, to then the financial information being directly fed to the Reporting team to then being able to share that with IR, Finance..the list goes on. Knowing that everyone is using the same sourced information. Getting people access to the platform with constant team changes makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime can take a bit to figure out the answer to your question when trying a new feature. Lots of information in the Customer Support area but hard to find the direct answer.

Having a single source of financial information that cross-functional teams can access and trust.
