Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
1. The ease of use. The interface is very user friendly. Our implementation so far has felt really seamless.
2. The customer support. Responses to query are almost immediate - within hrs.

I have not had any painpoints as of yet, but I am also early in.

Getting us ready for the CSRD and other requirements.
Workiva is a great mutli-platform application for your reporting and compliance needs

Ease of use for end users, cross collaboration tool

Any upgrades and/or modifications require contacting the vendor rather than self service.

Cross collaboration, and singular location for all documentation

Lack of visibility to the underlying data model

W-desk is an amazing tool and has streamlined our SEC Reporting process signficantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuituive design but powerful capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing user roles and access can be complex and not always easy to figure out what roles and priveliges are needed to get what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing SOX controls and testing acrossed multiple stakeholders. Previosuly we tracked all controls and testing via spreadsheets and it was difficult and tedious to determine which version of the controls was the latest.

Workiva is an excelllent tool for sustanability report collaboration, workflows, and data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
After adding a new metric to the ESG Program, you have to refersh the browser before refreshing the link.

We need a central repository to collect and report data

the tool is intuitive and easy to use - when its questionable the service is great

What do you like best about the product?
I love how innovate and streamlined Workiva is. It saved hours of work throughout the year. I also love how Workiva constantly is coming out with new updates and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update to certifications made things more challenging. It felt like a step back in some ways.

It helps solve the challenge of obtaining and sharing information between internal teams and auditors.

The collaboration and efficiency created by the platform. Customer support and CSM model is amazing

User interface could be improved for some functions

Data management, communication and collaboration accross the organization. dashboard and reporting for better tracking and status updates

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Workiva is easily integrated to pull information and data directly into our ESG report
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Collection from multiple users using the data collection sheets seems clunky compared to other data collection programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva keeps us from having to manually update our annual report document when we have a numerical or text metric update. Reduces reporting rework.
