SEC Filing Reviewer
What do you like best about the product?
The SEC reporting team is able to respond to any comments and the system notify's me when addressed. Leaves a nice review trail and can see other team members feedback as well. The speed the SEC team makes updates to filings has dramatically improved as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need an in house admin to work the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEC reporting - ease of updates and timely review by management

Very simple and easy to use. Like the flexibility of adding different types of users to the platform for preparation or various levels of review to ensure collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get complicated-adding services as needed.

I like that multiple people can be working on the same document at the same time. I also like how easy it is to edit and link documents

Excel limitations. I find its not easy to do the same formuals in workiva as you can in excel

Workiva is solving our manual labour hours problems as well as our pdfing and review problems

Some problems are trying to teach individuals to get up to speed.

One place to collaborate with team members across multiple departments and a great way to streamline our data collection process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions can be a bit cumbersome and there's not currently a solution for translating our program to Spanish! :(

Housing our data and report copy in one place to eliminate previous challenges with version control and data tracking.

VERY new to Workiva ESG, but ovearll seems intuitive and useful features.

Training videos are not incredibly helpful and more step by step options would be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva serves as one source of the truth for our documentation. It is incredibly user friendly and I love the ability to link across the various functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides however sometimes permissioning can be a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is assisting us in bringing information that used to sit in several disjointed spreadsheets in to one application that allows us to assess risk, document, report, and test all in one place.
Amazing tool for time savings and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate live across all documents is a must have for efficiency and has provided for time savings for our preparation and review process for the 10-K and 10-Qs. We also could not live without the linking features that allow us to link a single source across documents. We always appreciate Workiva's continuous improvement mentality and consideration for feeback provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features that are still must haves:
1. Being able to rollforward documents with placholders (without attachements) each quarter, so we wouldnt have to add back every quarter
2. Updating default tick marks size; the default is much too large for the average document tie out.
