What do you like best about the product?
I've used Workiva for 14 years and would never dream of using another software for my SEC reporting. It's the best software out there and nobody else compares.

Nothing, as I said, it's the best software out there

The best thing is the automation and minimal manual input so less room for errors

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is a a platform that continues to evolve. The role and importance of integrated reporting continues to change in different jurisdictions and as a partner focused on sustainability and designed reporting, we are able to flex how we Workiva to meet our clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva is constantly changing and evolving, building capabiltiy and connection. As a partner, we can sometimes miss the changes and don't always have the connections with our Workiva partnership team to help us stay up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex financial and non-financial data as part of ongoing reporting processes. Our work with clients draws on so much data that is managed through the platform. This is fundamental to success for our clients and building future capacity/capability for decision-making, strategy development, disclosure and engagement.
Workiva has changed everything
What do you like best about the product?
How it has transformed clients ability to produce highly complex financial and ESG reports. I like the way there is actually less to do as clients approach signoff and everybody is so much more relaxed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to change lowercase to uppercase, it should be a simple option, instead you just have to type everything back in again.
As we produce highly designed reports, it would be great to be able to swap styles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linked data is just phenomenal, how we lived without it before beggars belief.
I use Workiva for CCAR/DFAST regulatory reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform for working with multiple subject mattter experts at the same time. Its relativly easy to use so it doesn't take much time to get new people up to speed on how to use it. Customer support is quick to repond to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is web based so if you loose internet access your stuck without being able to work. I work in the CCAR/DFAST space and I feel that a lot of the features are more focused on SEC reporting and audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva allows multiple teams to work on large documents at once and has methods for assigning tasks to various individuals which helps keep subject matter experts on track.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can work in real time with many different collaborators. The system is intuitive and user-friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
No translation mode yet, sometimes customer service hard to get a hold of, carbon accounting yet

Workiva is intiutive, user friendly, fast responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
All excel formulas can not be used, export to word has few formatting issues.

Easy to learn & use, setup similar to familiar Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g. Excel & Word)

Not much to dislike, other than need shortcuts for spreadsheet

Consistent reporting and able to replicate reporting period after reporting period

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track changes within the financials and have proper audit control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various add-on costs for various products within the tool. (XBRL, management reporting, statutory reporting, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create our finaical filing process and allow for mulitple users to edit and update the documnet. Also, the ability to request specific questions from various individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration across teams and the organization of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything that I dislike about the platform. Only nitpick is that I wish I could export specific comments to pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in four reportable sefments and Workiva makes it seamless to report all four in one condensed document.

I could definitely use more training on different tools available within Workiva
