Clear and concise details of leads and accounts, to do optimal prospecting.

Does not give accurate contact information in Indian region.

Zoominfo is best tool for Sales Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
it is best for getting email and phone numbers along with that we can easily get the insight and intent data of our websites and by that, we can easily connect with the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much less we will not get the email for all prospects and data is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main of Email bouncing because in this we will get verified emails and I can easily verify the emails in bulk I can call the prospect by using ZoomInfo numbers and I can connect with them not only that I can get the intent signal who all are interested in our product and I can connect with them too and I can easily find the list of account on based of specific industry and region that will help us a lot to reach out to those accounts.
Best tool for outbound and intel out there, completely reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The intent features and the wide database of prospects emails and phone numbers are unmatched. I have used lusha, cognism, and slintel. but none of them compare to the data and accuracy of Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits system can be a bit restrictive for bulk access to contacts and intent downloads. But it's workable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intent and contactability are the best features that helo me solve my problem. Intent so I can focus on particular accounts and with focused efforts, I get a better conversion of outbound calls and hence better deal closure.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to integrate and and its availabilty of several features is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they shows error and auto signout is a issue i faced several times.

Some untouched problems like record keeping, tracking, and data capture.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is easy to use and has a nice interface. They also appreciate that it helps them find good leads, which is important for their sales work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that ZoomInfo Sales is a bit expensive, especially for a startup company. Users wishes it was more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great use of ZoomInfo for me is prospecting. It helps me find leads quickly, saving me time and effort. I get valuable insights, allowing me to tailor messages for better engagement.
Don't fall in trap. Poor data quality and worst customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like nothing about this tool. I don't know why people appreciate so much this tool, it doesn't worth the hype. Contact and data accuracy is below 50%, also profile is not upto date. Someone changed job sox month ago and still showing the previous company and data.

Honestly complete tool, I have already raised to our head of procurement we should part our ways from this tool.

It's not solving any problem instead increasing our problems.
Sell better Sell more with Zoom info
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo defines best. I've used Lusha, Slintel, Appollo.io etc., and all put together cannot match the feature functionality of Zoominfo and its by far the easiest to implement and user. And their Support is top notch

There is hardly anything I dont like. I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales without a Company/Contact intelligence platform is almost impossible in the current market. But what's worse? Having a bad platform.
That's where Zoominfo comes in my role. It makes me 4X more productive and helps me in everyway to sell, nurture and develop pipeline.

One of the Best Sales Tools Out Right Now
What do you like best about the product?
I'm constantly learning new things about ZoomInfo SalesOS which helps diversify my prospecting pipelines. This tool gives me more of the information I need in order to close my deals and has helped tremendously in that effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across something I dislike about this tool too often. When there is an esthetic offset with the platform, somehow it has been fixed without me typing a review about it. It seems like the team is always on the look for what works and doesn't for best use and visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team has managers that each have their own markets. With an email alone that is given through our internal inquiry form, it's hard to decifer lesser known businesses just by Googling their email's suffix. With ZoomInfo Sales OS, there is not hunting to decifer if the business is Manufaturing or Construction or Auto Retail - the platform tells you alongside their headquarter's address and who has buying power in their departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent data along with the sheer number of accounts, contacts and territory/industry mapping options make Zoominfo an absolute game-changer for any outbound sales rep. As an AE, I am able to dive deep into accounts, personalise and find the right stakeholders/decision committees to reach out to and land my cold calls on a daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead info may not always be up to date. There have been instances where the lead has moved companies and ZI was not up to date on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no way to understand buyer intent without a good sales intelligence tool today. And in the era of personalised call calling/mailing having relevant information is gold. Most platforms do not provide this capability.
Zoominfo is helpful but can do better

The data in zoominfo is really good, we can get almost any data esp in the US but not much outside US
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not great, the usability is confusing and data for outside US does not exist.

We do a lot of cold emails, and we want to find prospects, so we use it.
