Helps me boost my sales and very easy to target the right audience
What do you like best about the product?
Buying comittee helps to target the right audience. Accuracy rate is 99% which helps me in achieving my sales quota. ZoomInfo's integrations with salesloft and salesforce are seemless and work very efficiently. I use ZoomInfo daily for LinkedIn research. This tools is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I dislike about ZoomInfo.

There is nothing which I can say I do not like about Zoominfo because it is accurate.

Nothing comes to mind but I guess they can improve the update from bi annual to tri annual.

Most helpful is the extention directly to salesforce and from LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Biggest piece of feedback is inaccurate information and it would be great if there was an integration w/Outreach. Would be a huge time saver

inaccurate data is my main piece of feedback. there was been a significant amount of either missing info or just overall incorrect information, specfically phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome plugin makes it crazy easy to find data on prospect websites or linkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not the most intuitive tool. I know there's probably a ton of features and value that I'm not leveraging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find and capture about 80% of the contact info I'm looking for with prospects. Making it easier to get in touch with decision makers and build pipeline.
Lead generation for both B2B and B2C made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that leads and contacts in the EMEA region for B2B are reliable. Most leads that are not on sales navigator and d&b can be found on zoominfo. It is really helpful in hitting the target sales. ZommIfo is intuitive. I used it daily and integrated with Salesforce. Customer support is open 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo will provide the headquarters contact number if it there is no contact number for a particular person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using zoominfo, we were always on crunchtime especially 2weeks before the end of each quarter. It suddenly changed when we used zoominfo. We were always hitting the sales target even before the end of the quarter.
