Great Prospecting, Intent Data & More
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ZoomInfo's prospect data is quite accurate. It seems ZoomInfo's platform does less guessing than the other tools we use at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. I am certain that I don't use ZoomInfo to its fullest potential! There are features that I don't currently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prospect A LOT. My company uses ZoomInfo along with two other platforms to find prospect info. Quite often, ZoomInfo has email addresses and/or phone numbers that the other two platforms do not offer.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you all of a prospect companies information in one place. Only downside is sometimes the info hasn't been completley updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were more frequent updates to leads and contacts it'd be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps find the leads I need to reach out to for my territiory.

- Fantastic search feature within the platform itself
- Reliable - I use it every day for work and it's rarely down anymore (this used to be a frequent issue)

- Email addresses can sometimes be inaccurate or missing altogether (although this is improving and nowhere near as frequent as it used to be)
- Integration with Salesforce is simple to set up, but can be buggy

- Makes identifying ICPs and target leads easy
- Intent data enables us to focus our messaging so it's more customized, also helps us when creating marketing campaigns
- Makes finding contact information for our leads to be quick and easy
- Integrates with Salesforce so adding new accounts and prospects is automated vs. manual

Would be a 10 but the data can be outdated and inaccurate at times
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Intent signals, Frequency of use, Number of filters for searches, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inaccuracy or lack of data, the UI was a tad difficult to get use to at first but once you use it you're fluent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly increases the number of accounts and leads I can find and reach out to, greatly enables me to gain information on an account from a single place, automation through workflows takes a major amount of time and effort off my plate to allow for other more manual sales tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
In general, the interface and platform is very friendly and intuitive, It is easy to use, and you can find a really good amount of information for clients and companies there, even you can specified your search a lot depending on your target and also allows you to create documents with the list of targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is quite poor if your target is Latinoamerica, it doesn't have a lot of companies, numbers or limited information

It really helps you out with the search of targets and gives you really good insights
ZoomInfo SalesOS helped me surpass my quota!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the ability to find contacts cell phone numbers so that I can get a hold of the correct DM.
Also, being able to easily and seamlessly create new saved searches so I can laser focus my segmentation and prospecting, is amazing!

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the intent buckets and lists section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem ZI is solving is not getting the correct DM phone numbers and not being able to easily apply filters to searches to find new accounts.
Very useful tool for capturing company insights and identifying prospects.

Utlizing ZoomInfo Intent to understand which accounts are actively researching relative company keyword searches based on location and signal score strength.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often experience dated information on a prospects contact info or company location. Sometimes need to go and do a bit of editing & personal digging to get the right email address/new numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping understand where and which accounts I should prioritize when looking at large selection of massive accounts. It gives me the tools to be well informed on where I should be directing my outreach, access to the right contacts, and keeps me up to speed on prospect company news.

easy integration with Salesforce and provides useful company insights such as key competitors of my prospect's companies.

sometimes there are autogenerated email addresses

My experience with Zoominfo as a BDR
What do you like best about the product?
I find zoominfo to be very helpful when it comes to contact info. When it comes to phone numbers and emails there is nothing like zoominfo. It makes prospecting and finding client info a breeze. Such a helpful tool for outreach and a real need for anyone who is a bdr.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about zoominfo is that sometimes old contacts at a company are still featured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my outreach with clients. Such a must-have when it comes to mining data for leads and people to reach out to.
