Great tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the the data is second to none. I have up to date and accurate info at my disposal at any given moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the OS will lag, but for the most part its pretty good. No complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find leads with the correct information and gives me the mobile and direct phone numbers to call. We do extensive account research into company financials and ZoomInfo does the job with this

Easy to find large lead lists when prospecting fast. Mostly accurate information when it comes to prospects

Phone numbers/ emails can be innacurate sometimes, occasionaly glitches when exporting information

Reduces amount of time spent prospecting. Use zoominfo daily and would not be able to do my job succesfully without it

Data is usually accurate and has a different set of tools that can improve processes.

The intent and workflow features could be more intuitive and more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides a data-scrapping tool with good accurate data. Because it's easy to gather the data my workflow for the day improved almost 25%.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about ZI is getting all the contact information of the potential prospects, as well as the more detailed info about the company I'm searching
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate, and ZI list the people that aren't with company anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps me with prospecting and finding the leads. Also, their intent data is pretty good and I can find the companies that are in the market for the tools I'm selling. Another great thing is that provides the insights into what technologies company is already using.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a tool that we have used for years at the organization. It is where we enrich our contact data and how SDRs export contact info into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data can be very outdated and this can create a hurdle for SDRs to work fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides contact/account data to our SDRs and other individuals who work in our CRM. Helps us have info about the account.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a great tool for any professional seller
What do you like best about the product?
I've been leveraging ZoomInfo for years and I really like the direction they're doing with SalesOS. The platform is intuitive and provides a wealth of info on stakeholders, organizations technology stack and buying triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they would have more info on the specific security tooling organizations leverage. Other than that it's been a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS helps me on a day to day source contact info of decision makers and is a constant resource for identifying an organizations tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
The 'Intent' signals are heavily used, as well as filters when subscribing to the 'Saved Searches'.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find that the emails/phone numbers are not valid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find new industries to prospect, as well as new companies to look into that could have potential buyers. It benefits me by providing insight on intent, websight visits, and accurate information (most of the time) for prospecting.

I have no complaints - Zoominfo has served me well.

Other platforms don't offer teh same consistent quality of email addresses and direct phone numbers.

the extensive information you can find on the site. I work in sales I used this all the time as an SDR/BDR, when you only have one contact from a company, it is very helpful to be able to find multiple other contact for a company.

some people listed may be out of date, and alot of numbers are disconnected

Overall, great experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info was great for getting the right emails and phone numbers for my prospects. Not only that, but with a bit of experience/training you can add filter to find new accounts and what tools they are using. This is my #1 choice for a prospecting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it didn't update my contact in Salesforce the way its supposed to. Wasn't often, but it did happen. I would also get a propsects phone number, and it turned out to be their kid or spouse.. a little awkward. But for the most part it's solid.
