good tool overall for prospecting but data could be more up to date
What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate, lots of contacts for enterprise accounts, quickly export from ZI to Outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
have to re-sign in constantly when using plugin, mobile numbers could be for spouses and other family members, most tech stack profiles say they're using Freshworks when that's not the case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has easy contact info including direct, mobile, HQ, and email addresses. makes it quick to find prospects to call and quickly find their contact info
Great tool for prospecting and research!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find and export prospects with the targeted search filters Zoominfo provides
What do you dislike about the product?
The information provided for some prospects is sometimes incorrect. The emails, phone numbers, and job titles aren't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves the problem of not being able to find target the right prospect at an organization.
The missing puzzle piece
What do you like best about the product?
I am constantly using ZoomInfo in my position. I often find contacts missing contact information where ZoomInfo fills in the blanks. I use lists to get prospects and I use the company information to gather details into profits and employee count. I don't think I could go a day without using this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I do not like is having to constantly log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the missing data and company information that I am looking for in the contacts I am prospecting.
The ultimate sales tool for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
While the database of companies and contacts is top-notch, it's the scoops (news/intel on companies that really appeals to me). The scoops keeps you up to speed on anything noteworthy happening with a specific company (projects, funding, hiring news, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't a single thing I've found that I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales OS. If I had to pick something, it'd be that I'd like to see more updates to contacts/companies (i.e. if a contact moves to a new company, I'd like to see that updated as quickly as possible).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's speeding up my prospecting activities. I am able to get information on a contact much quicker than if I was looking through LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
Does the job I need it to!
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the filtering options there are. In combination with saved searches, this can be a really powerful tool for mass outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that my largest issues with SalesOS surround data accuracy. Oftentimes, data is incomplete or not up to date. This is particularly difficult when you have CRM mapping for the location or different company information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo streamlines a lot of account research by giving you access to account and contact data in one place.
Easy integration.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use. I am able to source contact info while calling in outreach using the chrome extension.

Sometimes its not the most up to date info.

ZoomInfo for Salespersons
What do you like best about the product?
I like the in depth information that ZoomInfo provides, such as contact information, company descriptions, and similar company recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many peoples' contact information can be inaccurate, and the website can be difficult to browse at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the problem of finding great companies that are relevant to my search. It's benefiting me by being able to find great contact information for my work.
Great Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to get the phone numbers and emails for decision-makers and easily import them to my CRM.
I couldn't imagine being in a sales role without this tool.

Often times company data lags behind changes - for example there's often contacts listed who've left their firm 12+ months prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping find prospects who aren't on LinkedIn or with incomplete contact info.
Quickest way to find prospect info before engaging
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient/easy to find and helpful prospect information. The installable widget makes it a breeze to find contact info when finding prospects on Linkedin. A daily tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes inaccurate info, especially GAR. Occasionally the phone number will be wrong or the email won't work but this is still the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS is allowing us to fact check information about prospects, find new information about prospects, and allows us to find information quickly so we're not wasting time finding contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I can utilize it to reach out to prosepcts that I may have the wrong information for in Salesforce, or it may be outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not know of any downsides besides the prospect asking how I found their contact info.
