SF intergration
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow Integration and how I can gind apporiate contacts for my accounts in salesforce

Not being able to filter out as specfic as I would like

Being able to pull a large list of prospects within seconds

What do you like best about the product?
- Great intent data, helping to prioritse accounts.
- Ability to check what accounts have been on our website, then proposes potential prospects who that could be.
- Workflows are a brilliant tool, and has helped us save time on prospecting efforts as prospects are automatically added to sequences within Outreach.
- The plugin is great to use over an accounts website, linkedin which then you can easily export prospects into Salesforce or Outreach within a few clicks!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Its very americanised, the filters prioritise the US and use a lot of US terminology. It would be great if they could update the terms for each region. For example in the UK we say central and local government, whereas on ZoomInfo they say federal and state. This can be confusing for people that aren't familar with US terminology. However, this is very minor.
- There needs to be more soft data, of prospects which they may not have their email or phone but name, title, within accounts would allows teams clearer account mapping without relying on other tools like Linkedin to fill the gaps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Streamline workflows when prospecting, cold calling into specific industries. ZoomInfo can automatically pull prospects in your core ICP to sequences within Outreach.
- Website visitors to provide real time insights into how your prospects are reacting to emails and calls. Or even active opps you are working on.
- Vast amount of data, direct lines, emails to support prospecting efforts instead of having to go via switchboards.

Mostly Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It is a helpful tool for viewing revenue, intent, existing technologies, and finding POCs
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always accurate. Revenue can be way off, and sometimes employees haven't worked for the company in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For outbound motions, having the right POC is crucial. ZoomInfo is a great tool to help locate those people and their contact information.
Great tool for quick info
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extension capabilities for quick prospecting and the breadth of information on the tool - phone, emails, multiple mobiles and the ability to mark info as incorrectt. It is easy to pull data and add to internal systems or integrate with my team's CRM as a BD
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see previous companies and roles in an employee's timeline - sometimes it shows the right company for the current role, but has the previous company's HQ line or direct line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reduce manual tasks and employee searching by seeing it all in one place. This saves me over 5-10 hours a week. I am also able to reach out to companies that have familiarity with my organization or are actively searching for solutions related to what I sell.
Cool concept, regularly frustrating

I like how it integrates with outreach and linkedin. I use it everyday.
The user interface is way easier. Easy to navigate for the most part.
I rate it a 3.5 out of 5.
I would not recommend to a collegue. it's just an option. I don't know what other options there are.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy. which is very annoying.
Old data, I wish the data could easily be updated or easily be marked as outdated so it's never used again. If the data is good, the end user should mark it as a success. if the email went through or was replied to, the end user should mark it as so. it would make these better for everyone. And help filter the crap data.

finding contact ifo. Thats the primary way I use it. not for sourcing leads. It's great unless something outthere is providing better data and provider an easier user experience
ZoomInfo Sales OS used daily
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo SalesOS daily and appreciate the accuracy it provides. When I need updated info about an account or client contact information, I can trust when I go to SalesOS it is there.

the only thing I dislike is that it provides too much information. that may be a good thing for others.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is providing me with up to date and accurate contact date for accounts in my territory.
Couldn't do my job without it
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the first thing I open every morning. I start my day with prospecting which is the most tedious part of my role but ZoomInfo makes it easy to identify the best prospects, with good phone numbers and emails. The integration into Salesforce make exproting those cotnacts to the right accoutns an organized and seamless process. On top of that, the intent signals and WebSights provided are almost always somewhat accurate and give me great levredge when I'm reaching out cold to a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the prospect data was a little more accurate sometimes. While I almost always get a good number or email to reach out to, sometimes the prospect is no longer at the company and ZoomInfo just hasn't caught up with LinkedIn yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a BDR and alot of my role feels like shooting in the dark. ZoomInfo helps me find the best leads and accounts to reach out to based on their intent signals though which helps me stay focused on accounts that matter and ultimatley keep me from wasting time in areas I won't find as much success.
Outbound Prospecting Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sync salesforce accounts into ZoomInfo to easily find contacts in your territory, ability to search for accounts and contacts with industry relevant intent, ability to send contacts directly to Salesforce and outreach, chrome exten sion very helpful when navigating websites

job title is rarely accurate, employee count not always accurate

Sales OS paid for itself with 3 leads
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful piece of Zoominfo to our company is the Intent search. This allows companies who have the need for your services to be identified without cold calling because they are looking for you. Building a list that gets emailed to you on a schedule helps you stay current with companies and contacts that are additions into your territory. The Knowledge canter and available Webinars are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sales OS is sometimes the email addresses are not correct. Also when searching locations and Heirarchy you can only drill down so far and contacts are available in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate problem that is being solved is Zoominfo has taken out the cold calling aspect of Business Development. Our company can target customers who are looking for our services and help us close projects on the low hanging fruit.

ZoomInfo has become a essential part of our process here, to helps us identify the correct information when attacking leads and decision makers.

Some information isn't correct, but in a perfect world everything would be perfect!
