Could not do my job without Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo as a data provider. It integrates with Outreach allowing me to export contacts in seconds. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are inaccurate or contact info is missing. For the most part, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoominfo, I don't have to scour the internet for contact information. It's all right there for me to access.
Used to build my new business, identify leads, add to sales flows and research potential clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to find employees within companies and track my interactions through the sales process. I like being able to customize work flows, record notes regarding conversations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts are outdated. Some companies don't have any contacts, or are missing email addresses. Sometimes Sales OS will say contacted last none but when I click on contacts I have one of the employees in a work flow and have contacted them already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of finding companies and contacts to go after for potential sales, and keep track of all my contacts and history of what interactions we've had.
Could replace several platforms with this
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in three different sales roles and have always had the luxury of being a user. My favorite feature is the Zoom Intent. I have found several companies actively evaluating a value prop at my current company, which has made it exponentially easier to have a slightly warmer contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom Intent leveraged an AI tool to filter out some of the noise. I would say Intent is accurate to 30%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, Intent, evaluation, progress

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to contact the right people in specific roles that I know i want to speak with. As well as, being able to contact them directly on their cell phones has been much more effective in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be sometimes the system seems to be very slow on certain days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact information for the clients i am prospecting into. It benefits me by allowing me to avoid gate-keepers and get in touch with key decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS provide can provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including emails and mobile numbers, for the contacts I am targeting. When it works, it helps me get in touch with the contacts I need to speak to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo is unable to retrieve specific information I need, or worse, the data is inaccurat. This can be frustrating and even embarrasing sometimes. Some of the workflow features within ZoomInfo may not always function the way they're meant to. One time I had a workflow setup to create new accounts in my CRM and it created many that were duplicates of existing accounts There were instances where the company information provided by ZoomInfo is not entirely accurate, which can lead to me having to go elsewhere to find this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves many needs to my workflow:
-finding accurate and updated contact information
- finding information about the companies I'm focusing on (including insights, financial data, company location etc)
- intent signalin showing me how I can prioritize and allocate my resources wisely

What do you like best about the product?
gets numbers, emails and role. Sometimes it's hard to find there LN but Zoom info finds it

sometimes gets the wrong numbers, which is fine since most numbers are accurate

um its solving everything

What do you like best about the product?
The feature functionalities along with the accuracy rate of the information is terrific!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the inability to export a whole search list together is a draw back. You need to select them page by page which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find people in an organisation who wouldn't be on Linkedin. This way I find my ICP and channel my efforts rightly. Along with it gives me their contact details, linkedin profiles and sometime FB & Twitter handles as well.

What do you like best about the product?
After using multiple tools that offer similar functionality, ZoomInfo will consistently have more accurate info than the other platforms on the market. Export into Salesforce works very well. I use this tool daily, and it makes my life as an AE much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see a ZoomInfo directory listing for a business and click into it if I'm already logged in to ZoomInfo. It makes you open a new tab, log in, and then you can see the info.

Most consistent Lead Intelligence available on the market today.

Zoominfo is a great tool to find new and existing accounts to prospect into
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of access for ZoomInfo Sales. Everything is very intuitive once you get the basics down. Also, I've procured a few deals just off their intent data which is relatively accurate. I've only had 2 times where I needed customer support and every time they've responded within the hour. Last, I highly recommend their workshops because they can expand your usage of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts and leads are sometimes inaccurate. I always recommend cross-comparing with Linkedin because, at some times, I contact people who haven't worked at the company in a number of years. Obviously with something of this magnitude, it can never be right on the money but it would be easier to have more accurate leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS is rewriting the way sales prospects into accounts. Instead of the old-school way of finding a directory and or going on LI to find your lead, you can procure a list of all the necessary contacts that you need for the account. Also, finding accounts that have intent into your specific product make sure you are reaching out to the companies that are actively searching.
