Turns Cold Calling into Warm Leads!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped me a tremendous amount by saving time searching for new businesses and leads. I'm able to call in directly to the correct point of contact frequently and establish a much warmer first touch, which always leads to better success!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be a bit tricky to learn due to the multiple advanced features. When you know how to use them they are great for leads, however, if you don't know how to use them it can severely limit your prospecting success through ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly refining their Contacts list, so I'm able to check POC's from old accounts or opportunities to see if the information is still relevant or if I need to update my info.

What do you like best about the product?
the google chrome extension makes my daily work flow so much smoother and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to show the accuracy score that you can filter by on the contact on their page. I have extended the score out to show lower accuracy results but it does not show the score when clicking into the contact. It would be nice to know whether i am calling someone with an accuracy score of 99 versus someone with a 75
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom info is a one stop shop for contacts within an account that may not be in our CRM and even if they are in our CRM, might not be updated

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find the information you need to find on prospects. I use frenquently in my daily work and they have many features that are helpful. Super easy to intergate in your day to day

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo intent I would say is the best for Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy of data, some times the person doesn't work at the company they have them listed at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems zoom is helping is by being able to easily create a list of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and only takes a few clicks of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we can only import 25 prospects at a time.

We do not have to manually import prospects into our SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
The best parts are the websights function and the new feature that includes the filter of "likely to engage". There is so much noise in the sales world and being able to create a highly targeted list full of people most likely to engage is a gamechanger. It is a tool that I use every single day and throughout the day as well.

It also is really easy to use and if you use Hubspot - you can import contacts straight into the CRM which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is an awesome tool, but as with a lot of contact information tools there can be stale data. For the most part though it still seems as though it is the best tool on the market still for data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to find out who the best contacts are in the company to reach out to and it provides contact information as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is getting the cell phone numbers for prospects and being able to put together bulk lists to understand your account lists better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many incorrect phone numbers, Intent data not correct, and outdated information on prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to quickly report incorrect prospect information and they change it quickly.

The only downside I can think of is the data accuracy can sometimes be a bit off

Zoom info is providing me with great phone numbers to search for as well as intent signals

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me get some of the most accurate and up to date contact information. It can definitely be a pain trying to comb through the right information within CRMs and ZI makes this process more accurate and dependable. The org charts that are included are a big help, and the intent signals are pretty solid as well and help me prioritize my prospecting efforts with the proper personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there is anything specific that I dislike. I wish I had more information about this integration because I don't think I am using it to its fullest capacity. As with any sales tools, sometimes the data isn't always 100% accurate but it is definitely better than most other options I have utilized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the world of sales, finding the correct contact information seems like half the battle so it simplifies this for us and is accurate a majority of the time.
