What do you like best about the product?
Helpful getting contact info for porospects and tracking intent signals
What do you dislike about the product?
Discrepency on contact numbers while searching on LinkedIn Sales Nav vs regular LinkedIn. Have to go to regular Linkedin to get all info

I don't have people's numbers and with ZoomInfo I get them
Amazing platform for Outbound
What do you like best about the product?
Sourcing of new accounts and contacts has been much easier with Zoominfo. I have been using it frequently to source my outbound list. It integrates easily with my Salesloft hence transferring contacts has been simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account search can be more enhanced using key words
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps firms by providing more insights about a particular business, key contacts, new events etc

Access to a wider dataset for North American regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for regions like EMEA & APAC is limited and revenue range is a bit different from the actual.

Access to target accounts & it's contact details

nothing! I would only say sometimes contacts in businesses need to be updated.

Most of the phone numbers I get are accurate, I feel like I can count on the product.

The emails I get are sometimes a best guess, which is fine, but not always efficient.

I love how fast I can build out accounts and gain knowledge on the individual

Can log you out annoyingly, sometimes accounts have poor emails - but can submit to be improved

What do you like best about the product?
How many contacts there are, how quickly contacts get updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credits can run out fast. Would love a more sustainable solution for credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding emails and mobile numbers, definitely helps me get to decision makers to set up meetings.

Sometimes the contacts on ZoomInfo are outdated/ have wrong information.

Finding multiple contacts to help find the decision maker helps save a lot of time and maximize prospecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is wide that I feel like there are lots of "hidden" menus and functions. The UI could be better.
Needs to integrate to more marketing automation platforms and data cloud providers as well.

Lead sourcing across multiple markets --> what used to be multiple vendors in different countries now all comes from ZoomInfo.
Added intelligence that others don't have like intent, scoops, etc.
