Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to export prospect email/ phone contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
integration with Salesforce is an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about ZoomInfo SalesOS is how it povides accurate email ddresses of my prospects. My outreach results have increased compared to just using LinkedIn in the ast to find emails of my prospects. Also the new update which you can see the fire-like icon in the lead's email/phone will help indicate which contact would likely respond has helped a lot especially when the contact I wanted to reach out to does not have an email listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are a few tags which aren't helpful to me like the Buying committee, emplyee count, company revenue and even the industry type. Simply because my task does not involve these details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped marketers like me to reach potential prospects by providing accurate contact details.

How it can be glitchy and ask me to re-login when halfway through a task

I like the click to import contacts to my CRM and the org charts. Intent insights are good as well.

At times, the website or some of the info is inaccurate.

It helps me find contacts that I need. Although, it could be better because I tend to find more contacts on other databases.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is great. I am able to list build using targeted technographic searches, and filter for the exact titles I need. I am able to exclude current customers, competitors, narrowing my search perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email addresses and phone numbers are inaccurate due to people changing jobs. Real time updates would be beneficial, although I know this is challenging.

ZoomInfo SalesOS has been instrumental in my Business Development efforts
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS gives me access to the people I need to connect with in my email and telephone campaigns. I can target by location, business type, employee category type and even Intent signals based upon our keywords.
I can look at my Websight heading in ZoomInfo SalesOS and identify traffic to our website that came from the email / telephone campaign, leading to continued opportunities to close the sale as there is interest in our product / service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really been able to come up with a downside with Zoominfo SalesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The access to the database save many hours daily searching for potential customers without having to search google to find companies one by one, then seach and try to find emails and the correct emails to reach the right person in the department you are targeting.
The database is always being updated and I receive notifications of the updates based upon my saved searches, such as by location, business type, industry. I can update my email list in seconds with the updates.
The "Intent" heading section is very useful as I can setup my search by location parameters, Intent topics and other details. I get weekly updates on new companies inquiring or online signals about the keywords that apply to our offerings, leading to searching that company and contacting the buyer or person that best matches the intent signal. This would be a high quality lead as these signals are usually in the research stage prior to a RFQ.

Accurate data, user friendly, and offers a lot!
What do you like best about the product?
It can pull data using linkedin, webistes, and other platforms. The data is accurate and the tool allows you to find a lot of information on a company or future client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that it sometimes freezes or gets stuck but it's easy to fix just by refreshing your page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-It helps me do research on a future client. With all the different features I can find contact information, news insight, revenue, and much more all through this one platform.

I love the fact that i am able to monitor the traffic through my website. I love that i can find the people most appropriate to need my services

Because of the the amount of data in zoominfo it makes my computer slow

Zoominfo is my go-to portal for all my sales-related research for the US markets.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's accurate data for the listed companies and their employees is valuable information at one's fingertips. Also, the data is updated periodically which ensures well-targeted sales campaigns. Easy to use. Easy to implement the data with data exports. I use it on a daily basis. Additionally, I get great customer support and easy integration with other internally-used apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for companies and prospects based outside North and South America region is sometimes unavailable, inaccurate or outdated.
